Lively seafront with all its activities, and the charming small old-town streets behind, with many authentic taverns, bars, coffee shops will keep you well occupied. Many shops, several historical places to visit. Tourist info office just 300m away. Several buses per day to major cities, just a step away from the apartment. I hope you will enjoy staying at my place, as do my friends and my family.

Our sunny and spacious apartment enjoys an ideal location with panoramic sea views overlooking the Larnaca fishing marina. It is located in the heart of the Larnaca seafront, within walking distance to the most popular beaches and a 5 minute drive from the airport! From Mackenzie beach to Foinikoudes, everything is within a few minutes walk from your doorstep (be warned, the walk is longer if you stop by the amazing ice cream places on the way). We hope you enjoy this place as much as we do!

Amazing one-bedroom apartments right by the beach (2 min walk). Views of the iconic 9th century Agios Lazarus church. 50 sq. m on one floor, professionally designed and decorated with a nice balcony to enjoy a coffee or sunset drinks. You will be in the midst of old town + the shops, restaurants, coffee shops and bars, really a top location. Well stocked and outfitted, speedy wifi and a large TV are also available. From the minute that we arrived at the villa, we all felt at home. The villa was incredibly comfortable and had all the facilities that we needed, so much so, we rarely left, as the children were so happy playing in the pool every day. I would definitely recommend this villa and would hopefully be back in the near future.

Hosts were fantastic, excellent communication. The apartment is homely, very clean, and has everything you need. It’s a few minutes walk to a pretty and very friendly town with many shops restaurants, bars and gorgeous beach. I would definitely recommend and will return as soon as possible.

We had to book at night at super short notice and the host was incredibly accommodating and efficient. 45 later we had keys. The house is large, very comfortable, well appointed with a great kitchen, solid air conditioning and a large pool and yerd that walks directly onto the beach. We loved it, and it is definitely amongst the best villas in Larnaca.

Breathtaking sunrise views, straight from the balcony even from the bed! Room nicely decorated, reminded me of a cabin on a cruise ship. Located within walking distance of nice, leafy restaurants. The host is very helpful and accommodating! Ready to help immediately. Perfect for those who love the sound of the sea and a quiet (no music playing) and long sandy beach to walk. There is a cafe below the house. A small supermarket is close by. I enjoyed my stay very much.

The place is perfect. It's close to everything :) It looks better than in the photos. The host thought about every detail. We had cold water, something sweet, ice cubes, a clean apartment, and all the essentials for our stay. Sarwar took care of us every step of the way. Communication was seamless and very nice. i recommend, recommend, I recommend 😊

We had a lovely stay in the beautiful villa. The pool was a huge help in coping with the heat and the villa came with everything we needed. Additionally, Sol was ever helpful. For example: we had forgotten to bring a travel plug adapter, but Sol quickly brought us adapters! In addition to that he had many other good recommendations.

Our stay in Oroklini was excellent. We relaxed in the courtyard, cooked barbecue, and enjoyed the atmosphere and the views. Very quiet and peaceful. The villa is an end unit with a large, private yard that backs up to the ocean. Lars was extremely helpful and warmly welcomed us after we had a delayed flight. The house was very clean and had everything you would need. Two things I was concerned about after reading reviews were the sound of planes and the villa possibly smelling like smoke since smoking is only allowed outside. The house did NOT smell of smoke at all and we sometimes heard a plane but it was not a constant sound or disruptive in any way. If you wear earplugs when you sleep you won’t hear a thing. This was a fantastic house with a fantastic host. I HIGHLY recommend it and we hope to come back.
