Great Views over Hamilton Harbour - a bright and funky newly decorated apartment. Walk into town in 5 mins and catch a bus or the ferry or go to one of the many Front Street bars and restaurants. King size loft bed and a pull out (twin) sofa bed. Newly renovated bathroom. Brand new kitchen with stove, sink, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. We had such a great stay with our teenage boys! The house has a great layout and the location was perfect. We appreciated being able to walk to the beach and restaurants, and loved the proximity to the bus stop since we used that for transportation. Hosts went up and beyond by offering transport to and from airport. Highly recommend

James was great and his place was as advertised. Very comfortable and peaceful. Check in and check out were a breeze. Laundry on site was a huge help. Walkable pizza place near by was good. The beaches and coopers island were a reasonable walk and great places to relax. I would definitely stay here again.

Had a lovely time in Bermuda and staying in this suite. The place was updated, clean, and felt very private. The location was great, being right next to the beach and bus stop. Terenay and her family are so kind and made me feel so welcome during my stay. I would definitely come back and highly recommend staying here!

Historic Waterfront Cottage in Flatts Village

WOW! First time in Bermuda, & everything about our trip blew us away. The cottage is simply stunning.. it is quirky, beautiful & spotless. It is centrally located on the island, with three fabulous restaurants & a Food Hub Takeaway just across the road. There is a grocery store a 10 minute walk away, & a supermarket 2 km away. The beautiful garden is right on the harbour's edge & perfect for romantic sundowners! We explored a lot of the island on foot; the roads are narrow with few sidewalks but the driving is courteous & slow so not a problem! It was great to follow the railway trail, which is very accessible from the cottage. We hired an electric car for one day too which was great fun! In response to previous reviews... yes you have to be quick in the shower but it is hot & powerful & life's too short for long showers! We had the pleasure of meeting our fabulous host Stephen & his son Tripp, & their hospitality, professionalism & friendliness cannot be faulted. We'll be back ! :)

This cottage was perfect. private with wonderful views of the ferry and other boat traffic RIGHT outside your window. steps down to the sound for swimming. bed was very comfortable. Nice bathroom with good shower. Good storage with a nice closet and dresser.Easy vehicle charging with adapter. convenient laundry with washer & dryer in a separate building. kitchen was small but all the necessary equipment. kitchen towels and paper towels provided. The inside is a little small with 2 easy chairs and a small table with chairs but it is a studio. Most of your time will be spent out on the patio which is lovely. 5 min drive into Hamilton. Bring a flashlight as it is very dark and there are steps down from the main road to the patio. I would love to return in the summer when I can swim right off the dock! Sue was a great host. I highly recommend this cottage.

Maria is an exceptional host and her one bedroom poolhouse is great and super well equipped. She cares a lot and she wants to make sure her guests' stay will be wonderful. Therefore, she provides many grocery items such as oil, coffee, ketchup, mustard, mayo, relish, salad dressing, butter, foil paper, etc. Kitchen has everything you would need and have at home. Before arrival and during stay, she communicated many interesting tips on restaurants, visits. On day of arrival, she drove us to grocery store and waited for us!!!!! Never seen such a warm welcome in the many airbnb we went to. She also did a quick tour of key spots in the area. BBQ was really useful and again, full equipped. Pool was fantastic, always pleasant after a swim in the sea. Beaches were at walking distance. Maria made a huge difference in our appreciation of Bermuda. This was a brilliant place! Great size bedrooms, bathrooms, functional kitchen, spare towels, washer and dryer. Beautiful patio at the front, close to amenities, with a lovely coffee shop just a few minutes away. I did have I’ve question and Yasmin was beer with to respond. I’ll definitely be recommending this one!!

Hello my stay in Sandys Parish Kwame's house was absolutely amazing love the layout of the suite and the rooms are very nice and clean and stocked with all the stuff you need for living in a place that I have never been to and the view from the apartment was spectacular nice and quiet and very easy to get around and see all the beautiful things in Sandys Parish met. Some very nice people and the railway trail was very nice and very quiet too walk and see the surrounding areas all in all best experience of my 65 years on this world I would highly recommend staying at Kwame's Airbnb again top notch gentleman to talk to very friendly and so is wife Ariana she is so sweet and kind to talk to
