The complex has several facilities for accommodation: a house with a fireplace, a house with a bath, apartments for 4 people, separate rooms for 2, 3, 6 people. The Desna River flows nearby, 5 km from the Kiev Sea. All buildings are made of natural wood and in Ukrainian style. There is a mini zoo, children's and volleyball playground, bicycle rental on the premises. The distance to Kiev is 30 km.

На другому - велика спальня, санвузол. На території - мангал, яма для вогнища, дровник. Будинок має дві тераси, на балкон можна увійти через відкидну ляду з вулиці. Затишне місце для відпочинку невеликої компанії. Ми називаємо наш будинок Villa Porta Blu, бо маємо блакитні вхідні двері.
