A dream stay in an exceptional area! François is available while remaining discreet. The decor and layout are beautiful. Everything is very clean. The garden is very well maintained. We highly recommend this rental!

Not much to say. Great place with very nice exteriors. Only small downside is missing a door to a bedroom. there is only a curtain and moreover the room in front of the toilets. Too bad otherwise everything was fine.

We were fortunate to stay in this villa with friends during our stay in Guadeloupe. For 10 people, the villa was spacious enough for all of us to be comfortable. The photos matched the listing exactly, I would even say that they cannot do justice to the view offered by this villa. The location is very good, not too far from the markets, easily accessible beach, with cars it is possible to walk everywhere on the island. The host was available all week and hosted us as friends by recommending several restaurants and activities. Thanks Lawrence for the memories of a lifetime! Next time !

yannick is an extremely kind , responsive host, giving information about nearby activities, committed to offering quality, clean, beautifully decorated, tastefully decorated quality homes. The bedding is quality , linens is also the linens. We were charmed by the place , the panorama , the spa in the evening facing the sunset over the sea and Yannick's kindness. I recommend Jardin Zen .

Beautiful apartment! The photos testify to it but it's even more beautiful in reality. Clean, welcoming, very well-equipped. We were 4 adults and 2 kids and we enjoyed our stay very much. The view, the pool, the rooms and little extra charm, the birds, everywhere, which complete the beauty of the place. I would also like to point out that there are mosquito nets for the different beds, which was very nice to enjoy the natural air. There is also air conditioning in the bedrooms for those who want it. As mentioned in other reviews, getting there by car is complicated! But this is true for the whole of this corner of Guadeloupe and the view from the top makes us quickly forget this complexity.

Everything was perfect! The accommodation is even more beautiful in real life. The welcome basket and the first meal are a real plus, it allows you to arrive stress-free and to be able to have your first breakfasts in peace. The accommodation is impeccable, the pool is very nice and the bedding is excellent! We recommend it without a second thought. Thank you Sylvie for your kindness, your proactivity and all the good spots! and one last mention for the attention for our honeymoon which made us extremely happy.

Great stay at Florent and Nicole's who welcomed us very warmly. Comfortable, well air-conditioned house with a magnificent view, even more beautiful than in the photos, all in the heart of a very well-maintained garden and rich in a magnificent variety of plants and fruits all tastier, which Nicole put heart into making us discover personally. All in a splendid area. We highly recommend it. Thank you again for hosting us!

A very pleasant stay in this magical and soothing place

Perfect house for a group of 12 people. We were 3 families and it was super nice. The sea view from the terrace is just beautiful.

Beautiful villa, very comfortable, in a very peaceful environment. Everything is nice in this outward-facing house and its pretty pool. The hosts are very friendly and responsive. We have only one desire, to come back!

This is a very nice place close to some very nice beaches and close to some restaurants and stores. The house is an excellent place for large families where everybody has its own place though good familiy areas. Stephane was very responsive, helpfull and friendly.

Very well received, we arrived a little early and we were greeted with a smile and full of good information for our stay. We (2 couples) stayed here in early February 2025 and had a great visit. The villa is outfitted with high-end furnishings and appliances. The beds are extremely comfortable. The pool is only heated by the sun but the temperature was just right. The subdivision entrance is gated so we felt very safe. The property manager, Carmelina, was very responsive and professional, which made a big difference in our stay. We enjoyed the location; we loved being beachfront and we walked to restaurants every day but one. I would definitely recommend this villa to those who appreciate high-end accommodations.

The house is really beautiful and very nicely decorated. It's even nicer than the pictures! The rooms are very comfortable and the terrace/pool area is just amazing! The climb to the house is a bit rough, but it is 2 minutes from a highway that makes travel quite easy. Communication with the owner was very smooth, she even advised us on a nanny so that we could have our children looked after for half a day. We would highly recommend it!

We stayed at Sylvie's with the family . The space is spacious , (consistent with the photos ) well equipped and the pool is great! And the main thing: the view!!!! Sylvie and her husband are responsive and attentive hosts. I recommend it!

We had an absolutely fabulous 10 days stay! The house is beautiful and what to say about the view!! Julie received us with great attention, we felt right at home. The house is comfortable, fully equipped and well ventilated. The pool, although small, was perfect for the kids. Probably the best Airbnb we've had for life:)

The hosts are very honest, helpful, accurate and pleasant people. The place is really nice and well organized, nothing is really missing. The place is close to all the amenities and beaches of Gozier and Saint Anne and the high rise location makes it quiet and calm. Pensos is truly the ideal place for a holiday in Guadeloupe.

we were delighted by the rental, located quietly but close enough to all amenities (marina 8 minutes away, supermarket 5 minutes away...). pool, garden and house very well decorated and very pleasant to stay in.

We had a lovely stay at Nanou's house. A quiet and peaceful place, not overlooked. The pool is very nice as is the terrace where we spent some good evenings. A place we recommend and where we could come back to.

In particular: - The plancha - Location near the services of Saint-François - Ideal pool for children (8 and 12 years old) - Hosting by Didier - Surprisingly quiet given the location - The outdoor toilet/shower was very much appreciated by everyone (in addition to the one inside) - The plancha (the cook insists on mentioning it a second time)

The location of the villa is amazing. A few minutes walk from the paradise beach Le Roux, we were able to enjoy many aperitifs on the beach with our young children thanks to this proximity. In addition, Deshaies was a favorite for its central location for various types of family activities (zoo, botanical garden, Acomat jump, crayfish waterfalls and so on). And what to say about the impeccable villa which includes the essentials for a successful stay, swimming pool, air A/C in the bedrooms, inviting living space and privacy with the neighbors. I highly recommend it! Cédric and Gaelle were always available and good tips to answer any questions we had.
