Right next door, there’s an Indomaret and Circle K for anything you might need. The location is still central, though it's a bit tucked into an alley. The room itself is clean, neat, and just as aesthetic as in the photos—I really liked it! However, the overall apartment building isn’t well-maintained and feels a bit dirty. That said, the service and hospitality from the tenants were top-notch. Lucia and her brother were super helpful from the moment I arrived until check-out. If she has another place in a better-managed apartment in Jogja, I’d definitely consider staying there for my next trip!

Very nice place to stay in, with lots of useful amenities like iron, hairdryer and many plugs to charge your phone/cameras/power banks. Spacious bed with an extra couch bed to accommodate for more guests. Apartment was clean

the place is very comfortable for my trip this time for 6 nights in Jogja, the location is not too far from the places I want to visit. The room is very clean and the facilities provided are also complete for the cleanliness of the kitchen and bathroom. everything is really provided including the hairdryer that is desperately needed. You can try this place if you want to take a long vacation in jogja, I highly recommend it.

The place was so homey, comfortable and clean. It’s perfect for a family to stay. Eventhough the place is in the middle of packed neighbourhood, we had a great rest because it was so quiet. Will be in my list for a place to stay. Thanks Kristy for the hospitality.

Overall I like to stay at Arymbi's place. The scenery from room is great because it's directing to Merapi mountain. The room is really comfortable and clean, and for a studio room it's really big room! Maybe there are some things in the room that is not working as expected such as wifi & the android box, but it's not a big deal for me personally since most of my activity is outside of the room. The security on the lobby is also really kind and it has a convenient store on the ground floor which it's a good point too.

The whole experience is wonderful. Seamless check in and the host is very helpful and responsive. The apartment itself is so so.. the pool isn't the best, and the hallway into the room/unit is dark. But once I got to the room/unit, it's top! Clean, comfortable to stay, and tou'd get everything: tv, water heater, and quite enough appliances in the kitchen.

I had a fantastic month here and was very glad of the choice. The apartment has nice views of the city, convenient motorbike parking, is close to loads of restaurants/warungs/cafes, is nice and spacious, is cleaned well and felt like home. I'll definitely look for it again if I'm back in town!

The building staff and security are friendly and helpful, the pool was nice and the place is quiet. the bed is comfortable and everything works well. The location isn't great, although the complex the building is in is nice and it was easy getting taxis. The only issues was there's not a proper chair for the desk so working was a bit uncomfortable, there's no microwave or oven or cooking oil, the morning call to prayer at 4am regularly woke me up, and it took a while to get check in instructions from the host the day of arrival. The internet was fast and mostly although there were slight problems with the network on a few days. Overall, this is a good place to stay and I would stay here again if you don't need to be in the centre of the city.
