Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Deokjin-gu

8명 인원이 놀러가는 거라서 숙소정하는데 항상 어려움이 있어요. 방이 몇개인지, 침대는 몇개인지, 화장실이 몇개인지, 집이 넓은지 등등 생각해야 할 문제들이 많아서요. 그런데 이곳은 방.침대.화장실.평수 모두 완벽하게 맞아 떨어지더라구요. 8명인원 이용 가능에 추가금도 따로 없는데 가격도 너무 좋고, 숙소 들어가자마자 너무 예쁘고 겨울인데도 너무 따뜻하게 해놓으셔서 좋았어요. 집기들도 다 구비되어있고, 애견은 같이 이용하지 않았지만 방문에 애견펜스도 설치되어있고 , 그리고 주변에 도보로 가깝게 편의점.음식점 등 다 있어서 편하게 1박하고 왔습니다. 호스트님도 친절하시고, 응답도 신속해서 추천할만한 숙소!!!!!!!!

넓고 쾌적했습니다!

시부모님과 함께한 여행의 숙소 였습니다. 아버님과 어머님은 나중에 이렇게 집을 꾸미고 싶다며 계속 감동하며 집을 구경하셨고, 아이는 너무 깨끗하고 이쁘다며 행복해 했습니다♡ 덕분에 숙소 잘 고른 일등 며느리, 일등 부인, 일등 엄마가 되었어요^^ 고속도로 빠지기도 너무 좋고, 주변 풍경도 너무 고즈넉하니 이쁘고, 숙소 내부의 편의성과 깨끗함은 사진보다 더 좋았어요!!! 하루의 일정이 아무리 피곤해도, 숙소로 돌아와 포근한 침대에 누워자면 피로가 싹 풀릴정도 였습니다!! 좋은 숙소 감사합니다♡♡♡

2025 새만금 마라톤을 마치고 하루 휴식을 원해서 묵었습니다. 이 숙소는 마치 깨끗한 친구집에 머무는 기분이 드는 곳입니다. 저희는 3-4인이 머물기에 적당합니다. 아파트 단지 내에 편의점과 프랜차이즈 식당이 있으며, 주차도 불편이 없었습니다.

Gyu Hyeong's place was amazing! The location was great — about a 5-10 minute walk to the streets filled with pubs and restaurants so they're within reach but the house itself was quiet. The place was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable, we all slept really well! Gyu Hyeong was also really kind and let us drop off our bags outside (there's a CCTV so no worries about safety) before and after our stipulated check-in and check-out times so we could enjoy the city without having to lug our bags around. Will definitely stay here again when I'm back in Jeonju!

3살 아이 1명과 같이 이용하였습니다. 아이랑 같이 이용하기에는 호텔 같은 숙박업소보다 나을 것 같아서 찾다가 예약했습니다. 내집처럼 편안하게 지냈습니다. 공간도 넓었고, 필요한 물품도 다 비치되어 있어서 편하게 이용하였습니다. 주차도 자리 없을까봐 걱정했는데 전혀 부족하지 않았습니다. 근처에 마트도 있어서 들어가는 길에 바로 필요한 물품을 살 수 있었습니다.

깨끗하고 깔끔한 숙소입니다! 충전기를 깜빡하고 두고왔는데 숙소에 배치되어 있어서 잘 사용했습니다,,! 마라톤 참여로 체크아웃 1시간 늦춰서 퇴실 요청드렸는데 흔쾌히 허락해주셔서 감사합니다! 다음에 또 군산 방문시 방문하고 싶습니다!

조용한 곳에 위치한 깨끗한 숙소였어요! 게스트를 위한 세심함이 돋보이는 센스가 있는 곳입니다. 철길 옆에 있어서 걸어서 5분이면 갈 수 있고 높은 층이고 층고감이 있어 개방감도 있어요.

비 오는 날 쓸 수 있게 우산도 거치해 놓으셨네요. 집처럼 편하게 머물다 갑니다.

가려던 카페나 장소들과 가까워서 편하게 잘 여행했습니다! 인테리어도 깔끔하면서도 아늑한 느낌이 너무 마음에 들었어요!! 가성비, 위치, 청결, 응대 모두 만족한 더 머물고 싶은 집이었습니다 🤍

La casa estaba cerca del centro en una zona tranquila. Había sitio para aparcar el coche cerca y la casa estaba limpia y era muy acogedora.

Lovely Hosts. A great experience.

A beautiful cottage that fit our family. The rooms are big and clean, and the mattresses are warm and comfy too. The house comes with everything we need especially traveling with young kids, including kitchen appliances, utensils, washers and dryers, so it’s convenient for cooking and washing. The host is very helpful and responsive to our questions and messages too (with some help from Google / Papago translator 😂). All in all, we had a wonderful stay.

Excellent location, in the middle of everything. The host was friendly and caring. Near by brewery was excellent spot to hang. John will set you up if you stop by.

편안한 숙소 였어요 세월의 흔적이 있지만 그시절 집의 내부와 아늑함을 느낄수 있어서 좋았어요

위치가 좋았으며 깨끗하며 사진과 똑같아요~ 취사 잘 되는점 너무 좋았어요!

The best thing about this place is its location - well-placed for all the sites - Hanok village, cathedral, shrine etc - but despite being in a great location it is also very peaceful and we were there during a very busy and sunny weekend. We struggled a bit as a result of Airbnb's dodgy translation tool but also as Kevin gave some wrong information (for the passcode for the apartment door as well as the Wifi network - it's not the one on the profile!). Other than that Kevin always responded quickly and all in all this was a very enjoyable stay and I recommend the apartment.
