The Cottage is a stand alone apt with all the amenities you could need, including full bath, kitchenette, queen sized sofa bed and love seat, flat screen TV, and more. Rental recommendations upon request. Casual & fine dining, along with great shopping at The Shops of Highland Village, all with 5 minutes. Jump into the hot tub & gaze at the stars. Due to severe allergies, I am unable to host any animals regardless of status as a pet, service animal, or emotional support.

Nice and cozy retreat that sleeps 2-4 people located in the beautiful city of Denton TX. The cozy pad is very clean with a rustic vibe that opens up to a beautiful pool / hot tub backyard oasis. Perfect for a couples getaway or simply a night away from the everyday world. Owner lives on site in the main house that is separate from retreat. Pool is vary rarely shared when I’m home. For $40 more per day we can make sure the pool is private for your romantic getaway!!

Super clean backyard guesthouse with full kitchen, bath and loft bed area. Includes use of pool/spa, outdoor fire pit, play area! Close to DFW airport, UNT, TWU, Texas Motor Speedway with access to all of DFW. Note: beds are in open ladder loft. Guests must be able to climb steep ladder for access. Sofa (sleeps 1) and/or air mattress available downstairs. We do not allow outside guests, gatherings or parties in the space or yard.
