My stay at Putu’s place was amazing. The apartment is within a homestay and I felt part of his family. They were always watching out if I felt right. The place is silent, beautiful, clean, with all the essence of a local balinesse home. Pictures show a modest place while the stay is new, clean and spotless. I felt serene, welcome and priviledged. Ps. I tried to stay longer but it was booked :(

This is a great place to stay. As a family, the two bedrooms are on different levels and only communicate from the outside.

We had the most amazing experience staying at this villa in Ubud! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the peaceful surroundings, lush greenery, and stunning design of the villa. It felt like a private oasis tucked away from the busy world. The location was perfect: quiet and serene, yet only a short scooter ride to central Ubud. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like filtered water, comfy beds, and daily housekeeping. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to unwind and recharge. The place is in a great location, with plenty of restaurants and warungs nearby. There’s also a laundry and several grocery stores within walking distance. You can reach Ubud’s main street in about 15 minutes on foot. The host was very nice, friendly, and welcoming. They can also arrange airport transfers, which is very convenient. The house itself is tucked away from the traffic, so it’s quiet and peaceful. The place was clean, although the shower could use a deep clean. Other than that, everything was great. They even provided drinkable water. Definitely recommend this accommodation!

An Absolute Paradise Perfect Bali Getaway From the moment we arrived at this stunning villa in Bali, we were completely blown away. The property is even more beautiful than the photos — a true tropical oasis! The highlight for us was definitely the private pool, which was pristine and surrounded by lush greenery. It felt like our own secluded paradise. The villa itself is spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean. We loved the mix of modern comfort and traditional Balinese touches. The pool table and ping pong table were huge hits and the wood-fired oven? Incredible! We had the best homemade pizzas under the stars, such a memorable experience. The hosts were warm, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Whether it was arranging transportation, sharing local tips, or helping us with special requests. If you're looking for a relaxing, fun-filled escape in Bali, this is the place. We can’t wait to come back!

Besides having the absolute best and most comfortable bed out of any Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at, the place is so cute and cozy. The out door layout of the kitchen/patio makes the place feel really big. Walkable location to downtown Ubud, overall the place is perfect for long and short term stays. The hosts are also so kind and responsive, they brought me fresh fruit twice which was completely unexpected and appreciated . I would be back in a heart beat.

This villa was beautiful and clean. The staff was so lovely. We stayed in this villa with our two young girls and the yard and pool was perfect. Very kid friendly.

Had the best time at AIR. The apartment is so much bigger than expected and really comfortable. The location is great for the centre of Ubud while being out of the way enough to also be quiet. But by far the best thing was the interaction with other guests and the community vibe AIR has - breakfast conversations and evening hang outs (while feeling totally at ease being able to have my own space when needed). Whether you’re a creative or not, this place felt so welcoming.

I stayed here just for one night. However, I really love the surrounding ambience. My room got a balcony which directly facing rice fields (the super plus point!). The room was also clean and neat. Wayan, the staff, was very helpful when I checked-in. And also Ambara, the host, was very quick to response my questions during the stay. Absolutely will be back for next trip to Ubud!

Perfect stopover after a late flight in to catch the ferry to the islands in the morning. Easy enough to find, and only a 15 minute walk to the turtle sanctuary.

The house is located in Ayana resort, the environment is quiet, the apartment room is large, you can enjoy the beautiful garden and the pool, the room is clean and tidy, the style is decorated, the utensils and kitchenware are fully equipped, suitable for a family to stay for a long vacation.The Ayana resort area is large, various restaurants, SPAs, pools, bar services are complete, Rock Bar, H2O pool, Kubu Beach are beautiful, and the restaurant food is delicious.A very nice experience!Recommend staying for a few days!

Nyoman is a very caring and cool host. I came to Ubud for the first time, but I was so happy. He cleaned right away and accepted feedback right away. And he always tried to communicate with me and gave me a lot of information. He’s a very honest man to know. There will be good accommodation and delicious food. I’ll be back next year. Our stay at Indies Villa Estate was outstanding, The 3 villas and outdoor entertaining area exceeed our expectations. We stayed with our 3 daughters and their children, which were aged 3 to 18. We all had an enjoyable and relaxing stay. The children particular enjoyed many hours in the pool. Nyoman and her staff were really special and ensured all our needs were met, from daily breakfast to the Indonesian banquet they prepared one evening for us. Nyoman was particularly helpful in coordinating and navigating our activities and went out of her way to source gluten free bread for one of our grandchildren. She certainly made our stay memorable. We would certainly consider staying there again as a family group.

The villa was perfect for what we wanted. Very quiet and the staff were amazing. Nothing was a problem if we requested anything. The breakfast which came daily was fresh and very nice. Highly recommended to stay here

Wow, wow and wow. We have been to Bali on numerous occasions, but Villa Kubu is the best we have stayed at. Our Villa was like a private resort with huge private pool set in beautiful gardens. Great Bedroom with amazing mosquito surround. Really loved the outdoor Shower. The Staff were friendly, helpful and happy and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect including catering for our ‘Coeliac’ meal requirements. Definitely going back to Villa Kubu next visit to Bali.

When I made the reservation inquiry, I asked a lot of detailed questions, but they all answered politely.Upon arrival, the staff greeted us with a smile and carefully guided us through the vast grounds and all the room facilities.The hospitality was great even before I stayed, but from the moment I arrived at the villa, I was convinced that everything would be a great experience and a great trip to Bali.They will solve any problems that arise during your stay, such as private massages or any issues that come up.It's a five-star that no one can find fault with. I especially liked that the pool and garden overlooked all of Bali, making me feel like I wanted to stay there forever. This is a villa where I definitely want to stay again. Thank you!

Would highly recommend this place. We had such a beautiful time and felt very welcomed. It’s right in the middle of Ubud but in a really peaceful setting. The room and grounds have been cleverly and thoughtfully designed, paying respect to the natural surrounds. It’s a very beautiful green space even though it’s on a busy street. At night you can hear music playing from the nearby establishments but it didn’t bother us at all and didn’t really go late into the night I think this is mainly because the place itself is just so beautiful and the street has a real vibe to it. We were so impressed with this beautiful place and would highly recommend - especially for couples. The pool areas are gorgeous - everything was clean. Staff were incredible, friendly and sweet. Really can’t fault anything about this place, utterly charming, beautifully laid out and such a perfect location. Thank you so much for having us at making us feel so welcome!

First off, we started at another villa and were not satisfied with the accommodations. I found this Villa by Agus and they responded immediately and allowed us to check in the same day within 2h of requesting. Walking through the wooden doors to the ambiance of the fountain pool and the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms as well as kitchen are overwhelmingly perfect. We cooked some of our own meals and ordered a meal and drinks from the host. They offer all kinds of services of which we had the 90min massage, flowers, dinners and beverages. They offer so much more, including the history of the Villa. The host, his wife and family and cute pups are so very kind and gracious. This was the perfect stay for us especially for spring break and taking time away. Relaxing, beautiful, and clean. I would choose this villa again and again. I was so pleased with the location, friendliness of the host, and truly peaceful tropical setting. Thank you.

A group of 13 of us stayed at Villa Naya and our minds were blown on first impressions when we walked in. The villa was beautiful, extremely peaceful and very well cleaned/kept. I want to make a special mention to all the staff. They were so helpful and friendly and our stay was made even better thanks to them. Special mention to our chef - the breakfast was delicious every day!! The only thing I would say is that, being outside and near the rice fields there are lots of insects/lizards to surround you so keep that in mind!! Take lots of repellent!! The location is great as it’s peaceful - around 20/30 minutes to most places of interest. Thanks so much for our stay, we will hopefully be back again!

We stayed for 2 weeks at this villa. Great location, close to restaurants and small supermarkets. Only a 10 minute walk to Jl Kayu Aya one of the main shopping streets in Seminyak. The villa was exactly like the pictures and description. Putu was very quick to respond and the service at the villa was fantastic.
