The home was everything we hoped for and more; and exactly as the photos show! My family and I stayed here for a wedding at the Wychmere Beach Club, and it was absolutely perfect. The location was great, and the interior was beautifully designed—immaculate, well-appointed, and very comfortable/homey! Our hosts, Veronika and Thomas, were friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive. The bedrooms were ideal for our group of adults—no bunk beds, which was a big plus! The kitchen had everything we needed, and everyone felt right at home. I’d absolutely recommend this place, and when we return to the Cape, this will be our go-to spot.

Great spot to stay in Dennis. Quiet street , easy to get everywhere. The home was comfortable, very clean and fenced in yard was lovely. Amy was kind and communicative. Would love to stay here again next time we're back in the area.

We attended a wedding at the Ocean Edge Resort and we found Paige's home to be convenient to the venue and activities and a great alternative to staying on property. The home was clean and neat and had everything we needed. The weather turned out beautiful so we took full advantage of the outdoor space. I would highly recommend Paige's home to anyone who likes to be close to the beach, restaurants and golf, but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful.

Susan and Gerry's place is a wonderful place to stay. It is clean, modern, well equipped and is in a beautiful setting. Their home is in a central place that allows you to access all the sites that the Cape has to offer. It is to get to the quaint town of Sandwich or access the wonderful beaches of the National Seashore. They provide a beach pass that allows free access to some of these beaches. Their home is a quiet setting with access to walking trails and a local pond with beach access. This is our second year at their home and we are looking forward to spending time next year. We had a fantastic stay at this Cape Cod gem over Memorial Day weekend! The home was exactly what we needed for a relaxing family escape: clean, cozy, and incredibly well-equipped. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and easy. The hosts clearly put care into every detail, from the thoughtful amenities to the clear communication. Lauren was so responsive and helpful; and the gift basket with some goodies were well appreciated. It even had treats for our dog!! The location was perfect for exploring the Cape. We spent our days enjoying the beaches, despite the bad weather, charming local shops, and long walks together, then returned to a peaceful space where we could unwind as a family. Our toddler loved the backyard and the nearby private lakeside beach, and we loved having breakfast on the porch almost every morning. Everything was seamless and stress-free; a true rarity when traveling with a little one! We made lasting memories here and would return in a heartbeat.

The house was cozy, clean, and a great place to stay for our time in Cape Cod. Steven is very responsive and we had a fun and easy time there.

Peter was kind, gracious and very responsive. They have a pristine, lovely home in a very peaceful neighborhood and we are grateful for the opportunity! Would love to come back.

This was a perfect little spot we could escape to for the long weekend! We could have our dogs which was a huge plus for us and plenty of space to walk around for them - although it is on a small country road - it's not busy traffic wise at all which is great. It's an 8 min drive (or uber - easy to get) to downtown falmouth so you're super close despite feeling super private in nature. Would absolutely recommend.

We are already planning to return next year. This house was magical - the big open main room space with a lovely view of the pond was so relaxing to be in, we didn't want to leave. But the opportunity for our dog, Rooster, to go swimming steps from the house was a powerful draw to head outside. This is an area for people who like their privacy, nature and a quick walk to pristine and wild beaches. The simple-but-well appointed kitchen is perfect for spending time apart from the hustle and bustle of the outside world and enjoying good meals and great meals. Provincetown was :30 away and two great cafes (one French and the other the Salty Market) were about :15 away.

Megan's place was amazing and we loved our 17 night stay! We often stay in AirBnB locations when we travel and this was really fantastic. The location is perfect - so quiet and peaceful BUT super-close to everything in the area. The unit also felt like it was brand new; everything was in amazing condition and very clean. It was also incredibly full of light, which was lovely. Megan was traveling while we were there but her parents were there in the neighboring house and WOW - they were the nicest, kindest, sweetest, loveliest people you could ever meet. They really made it feel homey. And unfortunately, my husband and I both had come down with some health issues and Megan and her parents were all SO helpful with recommendations for urgent care and dentists. Amazing people and an amazing AirBnB location. :) Oh, and the washer/dryer were top-notch! One thing to note is that you might want to bring a sleep eye-mask as it gets bright in the morning in the unit.

My boyfriend, our dogs and I had a great weekend getaway! It was quiet and peaceful, and the location was beautiful. There was plenty of space for all staying and Debra was very friendly and helpful. Huge choice of nearby restaurants and activities. The only downfall was inability to swim in the pond itself due to bacteria counts - totally out of Debra's control! She was able to give us recommendations on other swimming spots and we had a fantastic time swimming with our pups. Would absolutely recommend and hope to stay here again!

Excellent communication with KampKelley from check-in to check-out. House was just as advertised. Setting was peaceful and scenic and provided easy and convenient access to town when we wanted. Great spot to relax either inside or out. Will definitely consider this location again on a return visit.

Irie by the Lake was fantastic. The home is not only beautiful and perfectly designed and decorated, but it was the cleanest vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in. Carol was super responsive and helpful. We are already planning to return.

Our stay at Lisa's place was very pleasant. Her home is very nice with a lovely view of the lake and plenty of space for large families (we were only four people but can easily accommodate a few more). The neighborhood does not have a lot of car traffic which is great for walking and jogging around the lake. And it is also relatively close to Falmouth downtown and convenient stores. Lisa was very easy to communicate with and is very courteous and friendly. She really seems to care about her guests' comfortability. It was a pleasure dealing with her. Thank you, Lisa!

House very comfortable feels like home I will recommend it to my relatives and friends and, Elizabeth is very nice and very helpful thank you so much for all your help Elizabeth till next time.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a few days during MDW and it was great. Andrew is a very responsive and friendly host and the cottage itself was perfect. It’s steps away from the nearby pond, which is a beautiful spot to have your morning coffee. The cottage is also in walking distance to Mac’s Chatham Fish & Lobster, good ice cream, bike rentals, downtown Chatham, etc. Definitely would recommend this spot and stay here again.

My wife and I stayed at May's place while visiting family on Cape Cod. As described, it's a cozy little cottage, which was just what we wanted. Quiet neighborhood. Most of our time was spent on the delightful patio. A short night-time walk to the pond was exceptional with moon light reflecting off the water. Next time we're on the Cape, we definitely return.

Art is simply amazing to deal with for a host very responsive, home is beautiful right on the lake plenty of room for 2 -3 families..this is our 3rd year staying and hands down our favorite airbnb.

We had a great time staying at Sam and Tom’s! It was so peaceful, had great amenities, and they were super responsive. There are a lot of great things to do in the area. We would definitely stay there again!

We had such a peaceful and relaxing stay! The setting was incredibly serene, and we felt completely at ease the entire time. All of the amenities, especially the boats and kayaks, were very accessible, and we used them throughout our stay — it really made the experience special. We also loved spending cozy nights around the campfire, which added such a warm and memorable touch. There was so much for the kids to do, and they had a fantastic time as well! The host was so kind and welcoming, and communication was very easy from start to finish. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, and it made for a truly wonderful getaway. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, fun, and family-friendly escape!
