Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Denbighshire

Had a brilliant stay. Lorraine was an excellent host, full clear instructions on how to get to the air BnB, very welcoming and was great at communicating. The air BnB was ideally located for walks in Snowdonia, we spent three nights there. One room downstairs, very cosy kitchen and lounge, upstairs has a bathroom with shower and the bedroom with a comfy double bed. Had everything you would expect, really felt like a home from home. Would love to stay again.

Beautiful cottage! Lovely surroundings, view from the hot tub was amazing! Very homely with everything you need. Could look out that window all day long! Nice and secure for our dog too! visited Ruthin and Llangollen during our stay both within 25 mins drive had some great pizza from Carlito’s Woodfired pizzas in Ruthin and a yummy meal and the Cornmill in Llangollen. Great place to come back to after exploring the surrounding countryside! Thank you! 🥰xxx

We had a lovely stay here, Tania and Jonathan (and Mya the dog!) were lovely and helpful. Home was just as described, if not better! Would definitely recommend as an escape from a busy town! The turn onto the lane was a bit tricky to navigate and the wifi wasn’t great but the rest absolutely made up for it. A gorgeous few days! ☺️

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Wim's cottage. The property was exactly as described, in fact the photos do not fully capture the beauty of the views and the peaceful surroundings. The area is incredibly scenic and offers a perfect retreat from everyday life. Wim was a fantastic host. He was warm, welcoming, and very easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Dog friendly cottage, close to the river and other walks. Small cottage, was a bit of a squeeze with our bigger dog. All was clean. Contact with Annette was great, clear instructions and always replied. Recommend

Beautifully appointed with everything you would need for a short break. We BBQed/cooked most nights - there was everything you could require for self catering. Lots of really lovely hikes within walking distance / a short drive. We all had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again. Thank you Zoe!

Hafod Y Llan Bach is always a great place to be. This is now our 4th stay and will be booking the next soon. The location is always beautiful no matter the weather. Lucinda is always friendly and helpful and the place is beautifully curated with everything you need. The lake is on the doorstep and is a great walk or just place to find some peace. It’s also close enough to get to key locations like the mountains or beaches Can’t wait to get back!

We had the most wonderful stay at this charming orchard cottage in North Wales. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The cottage is beautifully presented. spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing break. The location is stunning, nestled in peaceful countryside with breathtaking views, yet just a short drive from local towns, scenic walking routes, and the coast. We especially loved the peaceful tranquil of the surrounding areas. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and thoughtful, providing helpful local tips and even leaving a few special touches for our arrival that made us feel so appreciated. Lovely place in a quiet part of Rhyl. It was beautifully clean, well equipped and very spacious. I will definitely stay again.

We had a lovely time in Riverside Cottage . Helen went above and beyond to make our time away special . Always responded very fast to any questions we had. Cottage was lovely decorated with Christmas tree and ornaments. There is plenty to do in local area . Try local pub Sun Inn ( only 3 min walk from cottage) Would highly recommend staying at Riverside Cottage.

The Old Mill is in a lovely setting and the surrounding countryside offers masses of outdoor enjoyment. It was wonderful to be able to walk the dog off lead practically from the door. The nearby pubs were great. Liz and everyone we encountered were helpful and friendly. Liz and her husband sorted small problems quickly. Highly recommended.

Fabulous location for anyone looking to stay in the peaceful countryside while still able to access a beautiful town. Lovely accommodation which is really spacious.

Lovely place to stay. On arrival June came out to meet us with her lovely labrodoodles. We loved the little suprise hamper in arrival. All the the small touches were much appreciated. Wifi was down, but this didnt phase us as it was a phone/ wifi free holiday for us to relax. We did find the place difficult to get to, but we were given very clear details by June. Honestly all round lovely place and lovely host. Would stay again.

Lovely caravan with lots of character. Within walking distance of everything you could need, shops, train station, beach etc. Host was easily contactable when needed. Lots of flexibility regarding cancellation (The main reason we chose this particular caravan). We had a lovely stay and would absolutely stay again.

Very proactive hosts, lovely apartment, loved the location especially feeding the ducks and later relaxing in the hot tub. Easy stroll into Ruthin. Will definitely use again if we visit the area.

Sarah's place was in a lovely quiet area. an oasis of calm. Really handy for the bus into town

I would give Amy’s place 6 stars if I could, what a dream! Such a gorgeous and spacious home, beautifully renovated with modern amenities. Beds were cozy and comfortable, the kids also enjoyed the games room downstairs. Best was the view of the rolling hills with sheep grazing right in front of the house, which we could enjoy from the living room, garden and also hot tub. If you are hesitating whether to book this property, please do yourself a favour and book with confidence! We enjoyed our stay thoroughly, no one wanted to leave!
