Great place to stay. My 3rd time staying there. Feeling safe was always my first priority when staying at Wassim Apartment. Very comfortable and clean. Property manager Alex is super friendly and he makes your stay super comfortable. Definitely recommend this when visiting Guyana. Home away from home.

I visited for a few days and this place was very nice to stay, It was close to everything and the process to get in was easy. There is security onsite which made you feel a bit safer although the neighborhood was quiet. There was also parking onsite. Both Latoya and the co-host were very responsive and attentive to any issues or concerns you may have. I do recommend & would stay at this location again.

Awesome place to stay when you’re in Guyana.

This is my 2nd time here. It has pretty much everything that I look for in a place to stay including A/C in every space, hot water, washer/dryer, living room. The internet was sometimes a bit spotty, but I'm sure this can be easily fixed. I recommend this place!

Being a repeat visitor of Kempe's place is indicative of my satisfaction with the facility. Clean,quiet,private, and only 15 minutes from the city. Kempe is prompt to provide anything you need. I will continue to visit his facility once I'm visiting Guyana. Excellent host!

Very clean, fridge was stocked with water. Close to a lot of good food spots. Excellent communication from host. We arrived at 3am and the host was available to help us find the k villas. Would definitely recommend.

This place is very clean, comfortable and the host is very attentive to detail. We enjoyed our stay. The yard is well maintained and great for pictures. We definitely recommend this location for anyone who wants a stress-free environment to stay.

The host is very friendly, and approachable. She always checked in with me to ensure all is well, and wether I needed assistance with anything. I would definitely stay here again.

A great place to stay. Shaunette is super organized and a great communicator.

First of all, Gregory and Barbara’s communication was clear and responsive before my trip. Arriving after their usual check in time I was accommodated by the local host Peter who was flexible with my late night arrival. The home itself was comfortable and had everything I needed for the length of my trip. The location was very convenient for myself as it was in walking distance of everything I needed, including a full supermarket just one block away. Any minor issues were resolved quickly in communication with Gregory or Peter. The place felt very safe, secure and clean. I highly recommend for anyone that wants to stay right within the mix of the locals and the city of Georgetown. Thank you again to the hosts for my amazing first stay in Guyana, will definitely stay here again!

Henry's place was there when I needed it, great hosts, I felt safe there, shower was powerful and hot, I enjoyed my stay there.

Absolutely love this home. The pictures do not do justice to the home. Clutter free space, all amenities just feels like home and very modern. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and it included everything you can possibly expect in your own home. Washer and dryer on the back patio was a blessing. Beds are so comfortable with ac in each room and living room. Property also has a generation, which starts working in seconds after power outage. We loved the game room and bar and the front patio area. Very peaceful and safe and walking distance to the nearest supermarket. Close proximity to restaurants and mall. Derick is an amazing host, very responsive and check in was a breeze, not to mention very private. This will be our home away from home next time we are in Guyana and recommend this home without hesitation.

Shawn's place is beautiful well kept and easy to get around Georgetown from ,my family and I have stayed here before and will continue to do so.

We needed a taxi and she helped us, I will definitely make use of this place if I visit Guyana. She also responded to any messages I sent her within five minutes. The place is very clean. It also has a well stocked kitchen and is easy to feel at home.

he apartment is excellent for corporate trips, as it is located near the most important hotel in the area. Compared to local hotels, it is much more pleasant, comfortable and safe to have this space. Plus the flexibility the host provides is excellent, in case you have arrive/leave Georgetown very early in the morning. Real deal breaker.

Staying at Nell's place was ideal. Convenient location, comfortable, clean, and quiet surroundings. She was accommodating even after we had difficulties changing our reservation to stay on an additional day. Recommended for anyone wanting somewhere to stay for either business or pleasure!
