Farmstay vacation rentals in Delta County

Danica’s place is so special and we had a lovely stay! We came in a bit later than planned and she was gracious and flexible to meet us at the gate and introduce us to her sweet dog. All the critters are so friendly and we felt right at home in this cozy and unique space. Her roommate was also very kind and chatted with us about local restaurants and our plans for our trip. Fresh eggs in the morning were the cherry on top!

This was our third extended visit to Cedaredge and the first stay at Jan's property. We stayed for three weeks and enjoyed it immensely. The house was nicely furnished and the kitchen had all we needed to make meals. Beds were comfortable and the patio and porch were great for relaxing and enjoying the views. The short drive to "downtown" Cedaredge was very convenient. We really liked the quiet and beautiful views the West Elk mountains and surrounding countryside. Jan and Don were very gracious and friendly hosts. It was refreshing to have hosts on the same property as she was always available to visit with suggestions for restaurants and other things to do. I hope we can come back in the future.

This home was so lovely and spacious. My three grandkids and I really enjoyed staying there . There were such nice touches; a bottle of homemade wine from the host, water by the bedside, coffee and creamer. We enjoyed our stay so much we decided to make it an annual event.

We had a relaxing stay at this lovingly restored Victorian Airbnb. Classical music and soft lighting awaited us upon entering this cozy home. My husband said that the bed was one of the most comfortable he ever slept in. There was a family of deer that frolicked in the yard in the morning and at dusk. The views from the back yard were spectacular! We appreciated the extremely well stocked kitchen and numerous cozy spaces that were created throughout this historic home.

We had a great stay-perfect and just what we were looking for. Exactly what you would expect from a backcountry cabin and more especially this time of year (mid June at 9100 feet) Note: It is remote, need 4WD with clearance and decent tires at least when wet/muddy. It was cold so we needed to run wood stove and fireplace for heat. Had hot water, and refrigerator/freezer! VERY well equipped kitchen and bath-so much better than most airbnb's. It was below freezing overnight-glad we brought sleeping bags. Lots of trails to explore with 4WD and walking on the ranch and extended into national forest. Ponds with a rowboat. Fishing. Comfortable beds, and furniture. Private. 360 degree views. About 45 min from town. If you are looking for this-it is great! Stephen, host was very friendly and helpful. Much more of an adventure than most airbnb's.

Kale's place is a beautiful cabin a short walk from downtown. It's rustic in feel and aesthetic, but spotless, and the grounds are beautiful. The bed was extremely comfortable and it was wonderful up to the sun from the skylight -- we both got a great night's sleep and woke up feeling refreshed. One of my favorite AirBnB experiences in recent memory.

We planned a super last minute trip to Palisade and John and Beth were so accommodating. We had the best time! The location was perfect. It was walkable to restaurants and downtown and very close and convenient to many wineries. The chickens were adorable and a fun addition.

Kim’s place is really something special - it’s clean and cozy, well stocked and organized. We spent a full week there and felt right at home the entire time - the kitchen, fully equipped - had everything we needed to make home cooked meals every night Best of all though, the view - unreal - panoramic vista of three different mountains and the valley below - we opted to eat dinner on the deck overlooking it all more than a few nights. Definitely try to catch a sunset if you stay here Also, Kim is just an exceptional host - super easy instructions for check in and check out, prompt responses to all of our messages, welcoming and laidback - if I am ever in Paonia again, I know where I will be staying CHEERS

probably my best Airbnb so far. The nature, the animals, Boyd... Couldn't have been better.

Perfect little place for a weekend getaway from the city. Small but cozy and everything you need, the bathroom is maybe 20ft away. I do recommend walking down the hill to Qutori the wine and food was amazing. Julie was very kind and responsive when I had a question upon arrival.

We had another wonderful stay at Carrie's beautiful and relaxing cottage in the mountains. The cottage was immaculate and we felt right at home. It is so comfortable, quiet, and private, and the central heating works well for wintry, snowy weather. Very cozy! And we sleep so soundly in the big comfortable bed upstairs. Loved seeing the horses and the mountain views and getting friendly visits from their two beautiful dogs, Chiara and Hadley. Still my favorite Airbnb location of all time! Thanks Carrie and Mark!

Aimee was a wonderful, attentive host and was very prompt in her communication. She went above and beyond to make us feel at home. This “Quirky House” was such a fun and unique place. With a rustic feel, it was such a relaxing, peaceful stay. Very spacious and our kids loved it too. We’ll definitely be back to stay in the future!

Is a great place to stay, I loved seeing the alpacas every morning! It was very clean and the place for me and my partner was very spacious!

I highly recommend Kim’s place if you are looking for somewhere to stay in Paonia! It was the perfect place for me and my cousins while in the area for a family reunion. Kim was very communicative and helpful before and throughout our stay. The surroundings were beautiful and her place was very comfortable. The casita was stocked with great coffee and tea, tasty snacks and wine, and the breakfasts she provided each morning were delicious. Dogs, chickens and horse were also super-hosts and added to the experience. Would certainly stay here again if we’re ever back in the area!

House was clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful, quiet location next to a peach orchard. close to town and I-70. Was perfect for 3 friends visiting the wineries for a couple of days.

We had such a lovely stay at this peaceful, clean, Mesa cabin! It felt like our own little private retreat and was so quiet + serene, with beautiful grounds and soft, well-kept grass our pups absolutely loved playing on. The friendly sheep and alpaca were a total highlight 😆 they came right up to us and made the whole experience feel extra special. We walked to dinner one evening, caught a stunning sunset, and ended the night with a cozy campfire and s’mores under the stars. We also took a drive around the Grand Loop, which was breathtaking! Already dreaming about coming back in the fall to see this magical spot in full autumn bloom 🍁 we highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway surrounded by nature and charm!

We had a wonderful 10 day stay in the cabin. The craftsmanship of this log cabin is something to admire, the place is beautiful and functional. We were working on a big project with family in the area, which was some hard labor. It was so nice to be able to come back to the cabin and truly relax. It is peaceful, homey, and had everything we needed, including wifi, warm showers, comfortable chairs and couch. We even got some fresh chicken eggs which made a delicious breakfast! All in all, it was a high quality stay and we'd love to do it again. Also, the goats are adorable.

This was one of the best places we've stayed at. We have two young children, ages four and six, and they really enjoyed it. The small bin of toys in the basement was a real hit! The house was clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was also great. The town playground was just a block away, and we walked to the downtown strip a few times (an eight-minute walk). The location was easy to park at and get in and out of, and it was very quiet. As a runner, I enjoyed a few runs right from the front door, and my wife took a few evening walks. Paonia is a charming small town, and this house made our visit even better. We loved it, and it was a perfect getaway!

Came to Palisade for yhe Bluegrass Festival. We were just about a mile from the park, easily walkable. The place was clean and quiet, just what we wanted. Jonilyn was a very helpful and responsive host, very appreciated! Would stay again!

This peach of a farmhouse is truly a hidden gem! We have been multiple times and wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else in Palisade. Julie as always is the perfect host everything is in order and as advertised. Great find and even better peaches!

The perfect serene getaway! My friends and I so enjoyed staying at Curtis's place. It was just as beautiful and peaceful as the pictures indicate, as well as being well-stocked with everything we could possibly need. Make sure you're aware of the fact that there is no AC - it was fine for us but we didn't realize that until we got there. Would definitely stay here again.

This stay is so perfect for a beautiful weekend in Palisade! It’s a great location to downtown/wineries, but also very comfortable, serene, and peaceful. We loved the outdoor set up and hot tub. Sheri was very welcoming and communicative. Would definitely stay here again!!
