Our family had a wonderful stay at this villa! The view was absolutely breathtaking and provided the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The staff were amazing—always attentive, friendly, and responsive to all our requests, including accommodating the needs of our toddler, which we greatly appreciated. A standout feature of our stay was the amazing cocktails! They were expertly crafted and added a special touch to our evenings as we enjoyed the stunning scenery. Additionally, the staff guided us to a beautiful local waterfall, where we had a fantastic time exploring and enjoying nature. It was a memorable highlight of our trip. The only area for improvement is the food. While it was decent, we’d love to see more fresh vegetables included in the menu to enhance the dining experience. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and we’d definitely recommend this villa for anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic retreat with top-notch hospitality, and opportunities to explore local beauty

Asela is a great host!!! Very hospitable and friendly, always ready to help with all issues. We lived in the villa for a whole month. The house is always very clean, cleaning every few days. Convenient location of the house, just 10 minutes by tuktuk to the sea and all the establishments. We are very happy that we ended up here I highly recommend this villa, secluded accommodation surrounded by birds and beautiful nature Also really liked Asela's restaurant, one of the best we have visited! Thank you!

Ujith and his sister and her husband were great hosts. They responded whenever we needed them and gave us the privacy we needed too. The villa is enormous! it can easily cater for 10 people even though there were only three of us. The pool is well cleaned and the garden is well marinated so it's a pleasure to spend time there. The location is great too. It's a 5 minute taxi ride to the main street which has restaurants, shops and the beach. We walked it a few times too but it is a long walk. The only issue we had was the inconsistency of the cleaner coming to clean the villa which was meant to be 5-6 days per week. But after speaking to Ujith, he sorted it out so she came consistently. Overall we were very happy with our stay at the villa.

This place is a luxurious gem in the rainforest. The surroundings are beautiful and the cabin is spotlessly clean and tastefully done. It's a surreal experience falling asleep to the sound of the rainforest outside! The WiFi actually works here, unlike many other places we've stayed, and we felt completely safe and looked after during our stay. Sandaru arranged a wildlife tour in the rainforest and we saw snakes, lizards and lots of other flora and fauna. Thanks, Sandaru!

We took over all four apartments at the Banana Leaf for our large group this Christmas. Hannah and Amila were incredible hosts. Before arrival Hannah was fabulous in arranging our airport transfers and providing us with lots of information. The apartments are immaculate and beautifully decorated and were perfect for our two families including young children. The plunge pool was great for the children to play in and they were always excited to see the monkeys and peacocks. We loved the location, tucked away but easily accessed by tuk tuk from Hikkaduwa beach. Hannah recommended some amazing places for us to eat, which were always fantastic. She also helped us to arrange some activities like kayaking and fishing and we had the best day taking surf lessons with Amila. By far our favorite meal of the trip was the one that our lovely hosts prepared for us, a delicious Sri Lankan curry. Highly recommend Banana leaf and we can’t wait to return!

We stayed in Sujees house for three days. The most beautiful thing is the jungles around. The house is situated in the heart of the forest with the little river just 10 meters away. You can bathe in the river when it is hot outside and have a 1-2 hours walk along it's bank through the jungles. Sujee is very hospital and friendly

We stayed one night at Hasith's Cottage. The apartment is new and clean. We directly felt very comfortable. Hasith is a very friendly and supportive host. We booked a safari through him. It was a great experience! He also arranged a taxi for us. We would have liked to stay longer at this beautiful place! Highly recommend :)

Great host and lovely big house. Sameera and his wife greeted us with a warm and friendly welcome. He was great at responding to questions and communicating with us. The house had lot's of room, a great size pool and beautiful grounds. It was a lovely place to relax for 3 days.

The property is situated in the nature’s lap. Very good and maintained property. I really liked the jetty view from the property. Very well maintained.
