Our paradise in Österlen! In the middle of beech forest and open fields. The house is newly renovated, 110 sqm with three bedrooms, a dining room and living room with smart TV. Modern and fully-equipped kitchen with dining area and dishwasher. Large and lovely garden plot where you can enjoy the sun from morning till night. Free location with nature as a neighbor. Around the corner is the Skåneleden trail and several nature reserves with fantastic beech forest. 10 minutes by car to some of Sweden's best beaches and 5 minutes to Brösarp's all amenities.

Stay in your own apartment in one of the lengths of a four-length Skåne farm in the middle of Brösarp "the gateway to Österlen." Immediate proximity to all the comforts of the village. Here you will have a good stay in two rooms and a kitchen with toilet and shower room. Possibility of 2 extra beds, i.e. a total of 6 beds. The beds are made when you arrive, both sheets and towels are included! Architect-designed summer paradise near the sea. The accommodation consists of 2 houses where one houses one bedroom, kitchen, living room with fireplace, shower/toilet. In the second house there are 3 bedrooms, shower and toilet plus a laundry room. Around the houses there is a wooden deck and a large garden overlooking the field and evening sun. Cozy cottage in the middle of Brösarp.

In the middle of Brösarp is our cottage in a quiet and scenic setting. The cottage is in close proximity to our dwelling house. It is walking distance to Gästis, Talldungen, ICA store and to the many hiking trails found in the surroundings. To the sea with the long sandy beaches it is 7 km. In the cottage there is a living room, kitchen, bathroom and glass veranda. Breakfast is included and you can enjoy it on the patio or in the glass porch. Barbecue is available with all accessories and bicycles can be borrowed.

The cottage is located in Österlen, just 10 minutes from Tomelilla, 20 minutes to Ystad, and 30 minutes to Kivik – ideal for exploring Österlen. Please remember to bring your own sheets, towels, pillowcases, etc., as we do not live permanently in Skåne and cannot manage this! A warm welcome!

The house is 75sqm with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, glassed-in, insulated porch with separate study corner, located on a 1500sqm detached forest plot, with a private access road. Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.

Scenic area with forest and valleys very close to many sights including Yangtorp and spared the highest waterfall in a hiking area called Forsakar. About 16 km to the sea with long beaches. Close to Haväng,Brösarps Backar and Kivik's musteri on Österlen as well as a very beautiful nature conservation area with the sea that meets the cliffs.
