Newly renovated smaller cottage (25 sqm). A separate bedroom with double bed. Two sleeping lofts with room for 2 and 1 bed, respectively. In Maglehem, there is no car traffic. Five km to the nearest grocery store. This place is most beautiful in Skåne. South from the south: Take road 19 that go from Ystad towards Kristianstad. The wooden house

Träskhuset is an architect-designed house built in 2023. It is built of cross-glued wood and stands on posts in a swamp with the beech forest as the closest neighbor. In winter, you are surrounded by water, in summer, high vegetation. Here you live in a stylish house overlooking the forest. Design by Sorgenfri Build Concept. Free parking on a shared driveway. Electric vehicle charging available. The house is about 50 meters from our own house. Happy children's screams can therefore sometimes be heard nearby.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. An oasis with amazing views of the ocean and Stenshuvud. Here, you can hike in the surrounding nature reserves or easily reach the mile-long beach. You will live in the old stone buildings with plenty of space (200 m2), access to large social spaces with their own cinema and wood-fired sauna and cozy bedrooms. The farm has two thousand apple trees and its own mustery (Maglehem's mustery) where we produce and sell our must, apple wine and calvados.

Newly-built (autumn 2023) bright and airy eco-house of 30 sqm in the middle of Ravlunda. Living room with high ceilings. Bedroom with two beds. Loft with two beds. Bathroom with shower. Around the house it's gated with fences. There is room for both play and breaks in the sun. New for 2025 is that we built an entrance roof. Scenic area with forest and valleys very close to many sights including Yangtorp and spared the highest waterfall in a hiking area called Forsakar. About 16 km to the sea with long beaches.
