Saad has been a very great host and was available 24hrs. Place is very neat and clean including rooms and toilets. Apartment is at very good location in clifton Bath Island. Will always recommend for anyone.

This is my best Airbnb experience yet. easy to book. and owner replied to me i. seconds. one of the easiest location to find with lots of necessities nearby. Cleanliness surpassed my expectation. With all the modern furniture, it made my stay wonderful. i would not only stay again at same place but also recommend anyone who wants to stay at hassle-free, spotless, and convenient place.

The location is awesome — just a couple of hundred metres from the beach. Facilities are basic but all necessary things are provided. Recommended.

I must say it was better than expected. I didn’t think that the place would be this clean and comfortable to stay in. It’s a lovely spot for a small family/couple. The area is well-lit so I would 100% say it’s safe. There is a building guard at all times & he is very helpful. The house it self is located on the second floor with an accessible lift. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Lounge area is perfect. Kitchen is good as well. Bathrooms are clean and both rooms have their own bathroom/toilet. I honestly have nothing to complain about: the house has been amazing! So so responsive and actively was online to help out. Within minutes he got any issues resolved such as wifi etc. Anything we needed he sorted out and has been really helpful. Not many people are like this. If you are looking for a place to stay then this is deffo it. It’s worth the money. It’s not the loudest area but it has a vibe. So many things are local to this place. There is a mart around the corner as well!

It was great stay at Zain’s place. Zain is very accommodating and responsive. Looked exactly how it was pictured. Mr. Noor is great help and available almost every time you call him. Overall great place. Youtube Premium , Netflix was a plus! Zain and Hira are great Host. Keep it up.

Hi, I found the 4th floor 3 bedroom apartment in excellent condition, kept very clean. Kitchen had all the essential cutlery and utensils which we required. A few items we bought it ourselves at a good price from shops outside. There was gas cooker but no gas this is a problem with the whole of Karachi. We had used the electric single hob cooker provided and had no issues. Since it was self catering flat we had to buy all our groceries, Nestle water bottles from local shops occasionally going to the restaurants outside to order food. There is a good restaurant called DUA restaurant where I often went to order stuff, just around the corner. I initially, I expected the lights to go out often however, went out twice only for a short while. No problem with water shortage. Cleaner would come in as and when required to clean toilets and sweep the floor. Paid 400-500 rps each time. Syed and Azhar were quick to respond and carry out any basic repairs if needed.....regards Hasan

I really enjoyed staying here for the 5 days. Her decoration was really nice and the bed and linens were really clean and comfortable,specially the bed,which I do miss because most places in Pakistan have some hard beds ,which I hate. She was very nice and very responsive. We will definitely consider staying there again if we have to .
