Absolutely loved our stay! The place is super spacious and Panos has truly thought of every detail — from tea and three types of coffee to eggs, Netflix, and even shower shoes. It had everything we needed and more. Highly recommend!

Everything was as expected, clean, equipped, with a great view, many amenities, and the host very friendly and communicative.

Mr. Anastasios was very communicative and helpful as he responded immediately to anything we needed. As far as the space is concerned, I think there could not be a better spot, as it is located right in the central cobblestone alley of Elati with the cafes, while at the same time it is very quiet. We were impressed by the pleasant smell and cleanliness of the space when we entered.

Really nice place, modern and clean. The house is a short walk to Karpenisi town centre with plenty of free on road parking. Would highly recommend without a doubt to anyone who is wishing to visit that beautiful town.

It was all great! A dream house for company, next to the village square, with very comfortable spaces and the most comfortable mattresses you've ever slept in.

Zoe’s place was amazing and pristine as shown in the photos. Zoe is a great host, communicative and kind, definitely recommend booking your stay with her! Metsovo is a breathtakingly beautiful place and I can’t wait to be back.

George, Sophia's husband, was available at any time and very very outgoing, open and honest. The house is cozy and stunningly beautiful, with lots of fine details that give a homey and local feeling. The house is located in the center of the village, yet rear and quiet. We received great recommendations from George for the best tavern in the village and also around it. We were almost a week, and we would have had fun for another week. Elati is a pleasant village with stunning views and lots of things to do in the close area. Highly recommend!!

Manolis was very friendly and helpful, he provided easy to follow instructions regarding the house and was responsive when we needed help with something. The house looked exactly like the photos and was super clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, we were seven but the house would definitely comfortably fit more. We had amazing time and everything was perfect.

Loved it, my friends and I had so much fun there. Going back soon for sure

I just want to give a big thankyou to Mike and Anastasia, what they have created here is beautiful. Our stay from minute one was just the most special thing, Mike greeted us with a big welcoming smile and was so helpful. Everything was spot on, Villa, pool, hot tub, surroundings were immaculate, and once we got there we felt at home straight away. We arrived there stressed and tired we left there invigorated and chilled. Try and get in the village if you can as well, it’s again something very special. Words cannot explain how amazing Andrea and Anastasia were with their hospitality in this beautiful villa. I will be sure to come back to this home again and will surely recommend to all friends and family who come to Greece from near and far to stay at villa anastasia. The outside space was lush, peaceful, and healing to the soul. The inside was cozy with plenty of open room and an amazing aura that made you feel as if you were at your own home. Unbelievable hosts and an unbelievable home.

The house is very well equipped ( kitchen, eating, beach). The outdoor kitchen with the grill and the beatyfull terrace with sea view were extraordinary. It was very quite and the quite big garden gave you a place to relax. Excellent place for families. The beach was in short distance (5 minutes by car) as well as the village (10 minutes by car) with various restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed our stay and would return any time.
