Vacation rentals with lake access in Decentralized Administration of Thessaly and Central Greece

A magical place overlooking the lake. Quiet and calming, had a lovely yoga session to start the day and a refreshing swim afterwards. The lake is a short walk downhill but the best beach is nearby in Heraion where you pass through ancient ruins to swim (we walked there but we like a good hike- best to take a car if not up to it). Fantastic sea food with the sea on your feet (actually sat on the beach). House was spacious and well organised, kitchen fully equiped and also a bbq (tempting but ate out). Mattress very comfortable. Large veranda to cool with a glass of wine in the evening. Ioanna was a lovely host, very helpful and suggesting hikes and activities to our interests. Will definitely come back!

Η διαμονή στο κατάλυμα ήταν μία ξεχωριστή εμπειρία! Ένα πανέμορφο σπίτι σε ένα ήσυχο χωριουδάκι με μόνο θόρυβο τις γλυκές φωνές των πουλιών της περιοχής. Ζεστός χώρος και κυριολεκτικά (φουλ θέρμανση και τζάκι) και μεταφορικά. Πολύ καθαρό. Ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν εξυπηρετικότατος, μάς έδωσε ακριβείς οδηγίες καθώς και πληροφορίες για τα μέρη που μπορούσαμε να επισκεφθούμε. Μπράβο σας, συνεχίστε έτσι!

הבית של סטפנוס מקום מפלט יפה וקסום. מאוד חמים וביתי. הבית כפי המתואר ותואם לתמונות. נשמח לשוב. נקודה שכדאי לציין- הרחובות מאוד צרים ואם חונה בהם רכב הגישה לדירה מאוד קשה אך אפשרית. בקצה הרחוב (הקצר) יש חנייה הרבה יותר נוחה ונגישה. למי שלא רוצה להסתבך עם מעברים צרים. ממליצים למי שמגיע לליטוחורו להתארח אצל סטפנוס.

I don’t think I have the words to describe how incredible both Harry and his place were. Harry couldn’t have been more generous and helpful; even taking us to the supermarket and patiently waiting while we bought trolleys of supplies, suggesting tavernas and walks, booking an incredible local wine tour and - most unbelievably of all - cooking for us on two occasions. It was phenomenal. I couldn’t recommend this more. Thank you so much, Harry!

Πολύ όμορφη τοποθεσία και μια υπέροχη μεζονέτα πού φιλοξενούνται πέντε ενήλικες με ολες τις ανέσεις ακομη και για μακρά διαμονή

Πρόκειται για ένα πολύ χαριτωμένο σπίτι δίπλα στην θάλασσα μέσα σε ένα όμορφο φυσικό περιβάλλον ! Πολύ τακτοποιημένο και καθαρό και η Χριστίνα όποτε χρειάστηκε να επικοινωνήσω μαζί της ήταν πάντα διαθέσιμη! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Η θέα είναι ακριβώς όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες!Πολύ ευγενικός και επικοινωνιακός οικοδεσπότης!Ο χώρος ήταν καθαρός και τακτοποιημένος...σίγουρα πρότεινα ανεπιφύλακτα μια διαμονή σε αυτό το μέρος!

Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ καθαρό και τα κλινοσκεπάσματα και πετσέτες ήταν φρεσκοπλυμένα! Το σπίτι ήταν εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα βασικά είδη ανάγκης! Είναι πολύ κοντά στη Πανεπιστημιούπολη και ακριβώς δίπλα έχει σούπερ μάρκετ . Η κ. Χρύσα απαντούσε άμεσα στα μηνύματα με σαφείς οδηγίες ! Θα έμενα ξανά!

Ήταν ένα εξαιρετικό 3ήμερο στο πανέμορφο σπιτάκι του κυρίου Γιάννη! Ο χώρος είναι όπως στις φωτογραφίες, πολύ καθαρός, όμορφος και άνετος. Η θέρμανση από το τζάκι έδινε μια ωραία ατμόσφαιρα και η πρόσβαση σε ξύλα ήταν άφθονη. Η τοποθεσία πολύ ήσυχη αλλά και πολύ κοντά στα γύρω χωριά. Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν φιλικοί και προστατευτικοί και με το σκύλο μας! Το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα και θα θέλαμε κι εμείς να ξαναπάμε!

The apartment was beautiful, as shown in the photos. It was clean, had a washer and safe which was important to us. It’s very modern and well designed. The host was very helpful and responsive. It was perfect. It’s only a few steps once inside which is very convenient.

This place was perfect , very clean and in a great location(near to the port, restaurants,bars and the airport, you can see planes taking off from the balcony) and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. Krateria was also very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions. I am looking forward to staying here again one day.

Η διαμονή μας στο Airbnb ήταν εξαιρετική! Ο χώρος ήταν καθαρός, άνετος και πλήρως εξοπλισμένος. Η ιδιοκτήτρια ήταν φιλική, ευγενική και πάντα διαθέσιμη να μας βοηθήσει. Μια υπέροχη εμπειρία – σίγουρα θα ξαναέρθουμε!

Great family owned apartments, very clean, well equipped , just in front of the water. Good location, fair bus connection but if you have a car, everything is reached easily . Even staying at the location is great, basic watersports, few good taverns, and beach bar. Sun sets just in front of the beach. Recommended for families

Agréable logement avec une belle terrasse ombragée. Nous disposions d’un barbecue très fonctionnel que nous avons utilisé (excellente poissonnerie à l’entrée du village) Nous n’avions pas de voisins lors de notre séjour (un grand calme). Nous avons beaucoup apprécié nôtre séjour et Porto Koufo Fabienne et Christophe

Kristinna und ihre Mutter waren tolle Hosts. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und die Kommunikation lief wunderbar. Das Haus ist wunderschön und stilvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Der Garten mit den Obstbäumen ist auch sehr idyllisch. Die Lage ist auch super, Platanas ist ein gemütlicher Ort mit allen was man braucht, zum Ausgehen ist Kymi ganz in der Nähe. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Ein kleines Manko war, dass der WLAN-Empfang nur sporadisch funktioniert hat. Aber zum Internet-Surfen geht man ja auch nicht nach Evia ;-)

We absolutely loved Konaki. It’s such a special and unique place. The history of the building is very cool and it is so relaxing and quaint. Also has all the comforts of modernity despite its age & rustic charm. Artemis was extremely helpful and had great suggestions for hikes and activities. Everyone at Montanema was so wonderful and our stay was absolutely magical! We can’t wait to return.

So when we arrived there had been some confusion on the part of the property managers, on our actual dates and because of this the pool had not been made ready and was unusable unfortunately, luckily the beach is very close so the kids were able to get to the sea, Konstantinos was great about it and dealt with our issue like a pro and In the end all was well
