I highly recommend this place! The house is located in a quiet place, well-equipped kitchen and comfortable mattresses. The owners are very friendly and open. They greeted us with local pastries and invited us to a common table. We felt at home here ♥️ Bill pointed out restaurants and places to visit. We'd love to come back 😊

Mr Vaggelis is the embodiment of what we call Greek hospitality. Open-hearted and helping from the beginning, he made us feel like home by providing us with everything we would need for our stay. The 10 of us had an amazing trip and we would highly recommend the property and the host for your stay.

We had a wonderful holiday with our friends in the house. We enjoyed the stunning views from the terrace, and we were enjoying every breakfast and dinner on the terrace. Everyone loved our private beach. The place is so relaxing, house is super clean and also a great base to explore nearby beautiful beaches and restaurants. House is away from the noise of the villages, but close enough to them if you want to go there. Perikllis and his wife welcomed us with a delicious homemade olive oli, olives, honey and wine. They are very warm and friendly hosts, they look after their guests and always trying to help if we need something. Periklis was every time reachable and gave us a lot of recommendations. We are already planning our next vacation in this villa. Thanks again for everything Periklis !

The house is very close to the beach and to the main road passing through Agiokampos. The second floor has a nice big balcony with a view to the sea. The house interior is a bit outdated and some of the rooms need better lighting but still it is equipped well enough and has all you need for a nice family holiday. The most important part is the courtyard - it is huge and well maintained and suggests spending most of your time on the outside. There is plenty of space for the kids to play and to run around and there are several well-arranged cosy seating areas suitable for dining, having coffee or just spending your time on the outside. The place leaves the impression for a caring and industrious host. Excellent attitude and case on the part of the host!

We felt completely comfortable as a family! The place is well equipped – it had everything you need. We were particularly enthusiastic about the great tips from the hosts and the quick help with questions. The direct access to the sea and the fantastic view of the water, with which you wake up and fall asleep, make this place simply paradise. Absolutely recommended!

For our stay in Yannis' accommodation, words are superfluous. unforgettable hospitality ,incredible location, Yannis and Mr. Spyros are very hospitable people. we had a great time, we will definitely see you again!!!!!

The house was very beautiful, as it looked there in the photos. We were 4 people, 2 couples and we were satisfied. The humidity, as the house is by the sea, left with the start of the air conditioners while some water in the bathroom due to humidity is justified by the winter on the island . Anastasia is a great host, always available to help and help. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants a holiday in Skyros and lives by the sea. The distance from the country is only a 5 minute drive, while there is a supermarket and a tavern right next to the house ( 1 minute drive)

Alexander’s property is really special. The garden is enchanting, the view of the bay is stunning, the little private beach is priceless and the terrace is a perfect spot for shady lunches and for enjoying the bats flitting about at dusk. The properties are indeed a little tired but this is a family-owned group of buildings, clearly loved and enjoyed and cared for. It feels like staying at one’s own Greek holiday home which is charming. Alexander and other family members who help manage the property were really helpful, friendly and responsive which we appreciated. They have sea kayaks and a giant paddle board which we were allowed to use so were able to access hard to reach beaches and explore a little lagoon not too far away. This is a busy island with a lot of public beaches; this holiday home offered a haven of peace and a quiet place to access the sea and sunbathe. There are sometimes people swimming past because the snorkelling is so good. We would happily return!

Amazing place, beautiful, secluded from the world. The house is perfect, with lots of sleeping and all the necessities for a wonderful holiday. However, it is essential to have a 4x4 or SUV to get there because the small road that leads there is a little difficult but it's worth a visit! Vasilis was a perfect host.

We had a fantastic stay in this house! Everything was perfect: the warm welcome of Elena's mother, the views, the proximity of the beach (cannot be closer!), the beach equipment (our children loved the kayak), the beautiful garden and the terraces around the house! Note that also that the kitchen is well equipped and the beds are comfortable. (As a side remark, when we were there, there were sometimes quite a few people on the small beach, but as there was space on the larger one, that was not at all an issue.)

The place is perfect for family vacation especially if you’re into close-to-nature place, love serenity and unity with the nature in an austere but quite comfortable conditions. The neighborhood is very local, quiet with no touristic hustle around. The sea is literally at your doorstep, you just dive into the water right from the backyard. Lots of good restaurants with fresh seafood within five minutes drive radius. Vasiliss was super responsive and proactive in terms of provision comfort of our stay. I’m thankful to him for a pleasant stay wish him the best of luck!

Sophies Villa is a great place to stay in Skopelos. It's close enough to the town's center, restaurants and marina yet far enough to be very quiet and private. The villa is equipped with everything required (maybe except for an oven), very clean and tidy and Sophie makes sure it stays clean the entire stay. There is a close by beach (small and not equipped) and a very nice swimming pool which is a little walk away but worth the few steps. The only thing that needs attention is the WiFi quality. On top of all that Sophie is a great host, always available and responsive and very very nice. We will certainly try to come again sometime.

Clean, spacious, easy parking (we left the vehicle just below) and with a huge balcony overlooking the sea from its right. We visited it in March so we couldn't enjoy the extra amenities offered during the warm months without removing anything from the experience. Its large living room over the supervision of Pythia is ideal for a large group and its rooms, large and bright, for quiet rest. The service was immediate in everything we needed and the welcome definition of hospitality. Thank you for everything, Mr. Panayiotis, and I will see you again.

A lovely little house overlooking Alyki. We loved the views from the terraces and the wood burning stove kept us warm during some of the colder evenings.
