If I could give Andreas more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. From the moment we booked, his communication was outstanding. He proactively reached out and helped us navigate a taxi strike on our arrival day, ensuring a smooth start to our trip. He personally welcomed us and shared thoughtful recommendations — every restaurant, whether off the beaten path or near the main sites, was exactly what we were looking for. Andreas went above and beyond by helping us make all our dinner reservations and making sure we felt completely taken care of by periodically checking in throughout our stay His apartment is immaculately clean, with a peaceful outdoor space where we enjoyed morning espresso and birdsongs — the perfect start to our days. The location was ideal: close to everything we wanted to see, but tucked away enough that it felt calm and relaxed. Great location and sleeps a lot of people. Some of the taxis had a difficult time dropping us at the front door. It’s a restricted area.

Anna and Teo were very responsive and helpful, especially with a tour guide and pickup at the port and drop off at the airport. Very nice to provide little snack and drink gifts too. Perfect location - close to everything.

Can't beat the location right off Ermou street where lots of shopping is, easy walking to many of the city's attractions, several cafe and restaurants just outside and around the corner. Will definitely keep it in mind the next time we are back.

Absolutely stunning. The view from the apartment is second to none, and looks even better in real life compared to the photos. Within walking distance of many great attractions and restaurants. Quick to reply. All in all superb experience.

The apartment is wonderful, spacious and has many more amenities than described. It is a house with everything you may need. It is also very peaceful with beautiful balconies. It is ideal also for families with toddlers, there is a nice park nearby. We had a great stay!

The villa is set back from the road up a very steep concrete driveway. We loved the peace and quiet, beautiful views and the nearby village of Nerotrivia. Aryiris came especially from Athens to welcome us to the villa, (of which he is very proud, as he and his wife had it built for themselves and filled it with arty things from their travels). The three double bedrooms have hand crafted queen beds, which would suit up to 3 couples, but as our group was of one couple and 3 individuals, Αργύρης kindly added a single bed in the lounge for us. The local bakery for fresh bread (φούρνο/αρτοποιεία) in Nerotrivia (Νεροτριβιά) is first left by a café, after passing Evia mini market, then first right up a steep passageway. The local restaurant, Bakoutis (Μπακούτης), on the left further down the main road through the village, will even make traditionally cooked Greek vegetarian meals in addition to their normal meat menu, if you order them the day before. We wished we could stay all month!

Excellent accommodation — spacious, comfortable and spotless, in a beautiful location with a nice view and absolute quiet. Mrs. Lena's hospitality was exemplary. I highly recommend it!

Loved location and Haidi was very responsive

This is a unique place with a lot of history. The kitchen cute and spacious. The porch is the best part of the house. We saw sunrise and sunset. Beautiful. I love the view from the bedroom. The hospitality made our stay easy and fun. Panos helped us get drivers and gave us directions and restaurant reviews.

This apartment is in a great location in the Plaka neighborhood of Athens. About a 12 minute walk to the Acropolis, near many restaurants and shops. It was a block off of the busier shopping street, so it wasn’t too loud at night. It was just the 2 of us, but plenty of room for 3. It is a second story flat (by US terms), but not steep stairs or too hard for us (mid 60’s). Nice terrace area with a lovely view of the Acropolis. Very helpful and responsive owners. They alerted us to a taxi strike and offered solutions to get to the airport for our very early flight. We would enjoy staying here again!

This is an outstanding place to stay in a beautiful part of Greece. Dimitrios and Katerina have taken great care to curate a wonderful experience for their guests. Enjoy their recommendations for restaurants and things to do as well. Their place is comfortable, nice and cool for the hot weather, and contains everything you need.

Amazing apartment, very large, equipped, with air conditioning in every space, with a terrace like a botanical garden, we just didn't want to leave And her husband Froso are very nice and answered everything

The place was beautiful, very clean and cozily furnished with a great kitchen in which everything was available that you need for cooking and to make coffee in the morning. The roof terrace can only be reached via an elevator, but it is very private and you have an extremely great view over Athens. We felt comfortable and would come back again and again! As a single note: the location is very nice and quiet in a very safe neighborhood of Athens, but you really walk up a lot of stairs to get to the apartment.

Our stay at Mrs. Katerina's wonderful accommodation will be unforgettable! Beautiful clean and well-maintained space! He took care of us with a lot of goodies from the place and made us feel at home! Everything was great to the last detail! Even the outdoor space was very thoughtful! Beautiful garden nice pool and breathtaking endless view! For those who want to relax while at the same time they want to go to shops and see the center! Perfect place for winter and summer! Comfortable clean well-maintained spaces with a lot of taste and passion! We will definitely go back to Mrs. Katerina's accommodation! It's worth going for several days for relaxation and fun! An absolutely magnificent place! Hard to imagine that you can find a place like this in a large city! It was a short walk from restaurants, supermarket and the metro. Rooftop pool with great privacy was wonderful on hot days and also swimming at night with the city lights in the background. Rooftop terrace was overlooking the city and with views to Lycabettus hill and nature on the other side. On many evenings we ordered food in and ate at the rooftop terrace. We were a group of six and could not have been more pleased with our stay. Dimitris was very helpful and a great host!

The stay in the villa is pleasant and relaxing. The view is breathtaking. The house is very clean. Comfortably equipped. Suzana was very kind, available and spoiled us with food she cooked. We would love to visit again. Thank you.

We stayed with the family in George's place. He was immediately very friendly and hospitable. She even gave us a taste of an exquisite homemade cheese. The house is exactly as described on the site. It is very comfortable for 6 people and offers a garden where I could even pick great figs and lemons. The only small problem is that the house is attached to the road that connects the port to the western part of the island and therefore, despite being totally immersed in the greenery affected by the noise of cars and scooters. But this absolutely does not disturb the night's rest as the double windows are very well insulating. Overall we are very happy with our stay in George's place.

Excellent house and host! Everything was very clean and Vasilis was very responsive and polite!! Just keep in mind that the whole experience is much better from what you see in the photos! My opinion is that the photos are downgrading the actual quality of the house! Every guests was more than satisfied 😊

The place is really a recommendation, great house, very well equipped and a nice large pool. You need to know that the accommodation is basically in the landlord's garden, but that's really not a big problem. The landlords make a great effort to ensure that you have a nice undisturbed time and give you every privacy. This makes you feel very familiar and safe. The house is totally beautifully designed and we didn't miss anything. Nearby, you can explore some beautiful beaches by car, enjoy the countryside or visit two small towns and eat there, go for a drink or walk on the promenade. Just: WOW!!! We loved Hara's place!!! It is a beautiful small and cozy villa on a mountain, the view is really incredibly beautiful! Hara has created a wonderful place of relaxation here, which invites you to relax, between olive trees and many plants to sweet sheep in the pasture - everything was PERFECT! The pool is beautiful and the entire outdoor area of the villa is practically designed, for example, you have an outdoor refrigerator on the breakfast terrace. The surroundings are soooo wonderful, such a green island, great bays! You should have a car or motorcycle to get around! Hara and her husband are just great people, they picked us up at the harbor and brought our luggage into the house & picked us up again on departure! They are such warm people, we felt at home!
