Condo vacation rentals in Decentralized Administration of Thessaly and Central Greece

The place was a bit bigger than it looked like in the pictures. It was easy to find and just as easy to check in and out. There are two metros nearby and grocery stores in walkable distance. We enjoyed staying in there. It was cozy and we would stay there again if we would need a place to stay in Athens.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Athen! Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super nah an einer U-Bahn Station - so ist man schnell und einfach bei den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Außerdem gibt es in der Nähe viele süße Cafés, Restaurants und Boutiquen. Danke, Akis :)

Appartement très confortable, propre et agréablement décoré en centre-ville face à la mer. Coin cuisine bien équipé. Nous retenons que le lit et le canapé convertible sont particulièrement confortables !

Communication with Katerina was straightforward, super friendly and fast. The apartment is equipped as described and is close to many restaurants and bars, but far enough away to not hear any of it at night and sleep peacefully. Our highlight was the breathtaking view of the sea from the spacious balcony and that it is only a few meters to go swimming. Highly recommended.

In the appartment there was everything we needed. Kostas was really friendly and helpful and he also gave us lemons and mandarins from the trees. The Kirra area is peaceful and quiet in the end of march. Nearby there is foodmarket, vegetable/fruitstore and bakery. And more in Itea (about 2 kilometers). You can walk along the coastal way/path all the way to Itea. And what a view!!!

Very nice apartment. The appartment is stylish and practical. The location is really great as the appartment is 1 min walking from the metro station. This line provides direct metro’s to all major viewpoints of Athens. Irene was also very quick to answer our messages and was able to accommodate our midnight arrival by booking us a taxi and providing clear instructions to get in the appartment.

Ospitalità, gentilezza e disponibilita! La mamma ed il papà di Marina sono stati molto cortesi e sempre sorridenti. L’appartamento è uguale alle foto, accogliente e spazioso per 2 persone, non mancava nulla. Fantastico fare la colazione sul terrazzino vista mare! La fermata del bus è la n. 9 e si trova proprio difronte alla villa, il bus fa 28 fermate, si riescono a raggiungere le spiagge più belle, ma la spiaggia difronte alla villa è a 5 minuti a piedi. La villa è in una pozione eccellente per visitare le numerose spiagge nei dintorni e si trova a 10 minuti di bus dal porto di Skiathos. Noi abbiamo preferito noleggiare uno scooter che ci ha dato una grande libertà di spostamento e nel giardino della villa c’è un comodo parcheggio. Vacanza perfetta! Very responsive, very helpful. Arranged transportation from the airport and facilitated the entire trip. Would recommend 100% for people that want a holistic experience and value attention to detail.

our host was one of the best airbnb hosts we have ever met and he also came to help us when we arrived from the metro and also told us to take the best route of the metro and helped us to carry the luggage back to the apartment he also showed us around the house pointing out some very important things and how to use them he was very happy and full of cheer and the balcony view was just amazing looking out to the marvelous marble church in front of us he also left pillow mints on every bed his house is also stocked with utensils shampoo and the tv was also set and ready for any one to watch and the beds were very comfortable and neat and the bathroom was sparkling clean and he also booked a taxi for us to go to the airport our host, dionisis really walked the extra milefto make us feel comfortable and welcome in Athens!

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable chez Maria ! L’emplacement est calme mais dans un quartier vivant, c’était très propre, Maria était très arrangeante et amicale, tout était conforme à la description.

bon petit logement, correctement équipé, avec une belle terrasse, dans un quartier calme. Je n'étais que de passage à Lamia mais cela m'a parfaitement convenu.

Appartement parfait 👍 Super emplacement, à proximité de tout: hyper centre, acropole, supérettes, resto, boutiques… Nous y sommes restés 5 jours et avons tt fait à pied ! Appartement propre, bien agencé, ensoleillé le matin. Machine à café sur place … et petites sucreries qui ont bien fait plaisir à mes garçons ! La proximité des bars font qu’il y a un peu de bruit le vendredi soir ! Très calme le matin 😊

séjour parfait appartement top, très bien situé avec une terrasse aménagée et un balcon avec vue sur l'Acropole correspond à ce que je recherchais pour les visites beaucoup de restaurants, commerces autour résidence et appartement très propres idéal pour séjour visites touristiques Christos est un hote charmant et très prévenant je recommande

Makis hat unsere kleinsten Ansprüche und Wünsche erfüllt und so hat unser Urlaub erleichtert. Er ist freundlich,ruhig und hat wichtigeRatschläge und Empfehlungen für jeden. sein Aparthotel werden wir nur weiterempfehlen. Der Strand vor seinem Haus war der beste von allen in Sithonia.

Πολύ ικανοποιημένος από την διαμονή μου, η διαρρύθμιση των χώρων, καθαρό. Το μόνο θέμα μου ήταν, ότι δεν είχα εύκολη πρόσβαση στην ταράτσα, για να μπορέσω να απολαύσω την υπέροχη θέα που προσφέρει.

Stamatis was an excellent host , more over he was an amazing person! He meets you at the entrance, explains everything in detail, gives you all the recommendations about where to go what to do, also has all of that written down for you at the apartment so you don't miss out on anything. The apartment was amazing, beautiful decor, clean, spacious, with a lovely balcony where we sat for our morning coffees, very nice kitchen which I used to cook a few times, netflix also installed on the tv, privately parking and underfloor heating in the house which was amazing. The rooftop pool was beautiful with amazing views , so if you stay in a warmer - summer season it will be amazing to use. The apartment is very close to the metro only a 3-5 minute walk literally. We enjoyed every moment of this beautiful apartment and I have to say I would give it a 10 star reviewif there was one. Exceptional..! We will definitely be staying again!! Very peaceful and quiet place to be relaxed. Easily accessible and close to the beach.

Οτι πρεπει για ζευγάρι. Εξαιρετικο decoration και φοβερο κλιμα. Πολυ γρηγορες απαντησεις απο τον κύριο Εμμανουηλ και πολυ φιλικος/ευγενικος. Το προτείνω ξεκάθαρα σε ολους!!

Το κατάλυμα ήταν αξιόπιστο σε σχέση με τις φωτογραφίες και την περιγραφή. Πολύ ωραία διαμορφωμένο και λειτουργικό. Οι οικοδεσπότες πρόθυμοι και εξυπηρετικοί. Άξιζε 100% τα χρήματα του.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral und ruhig gelegen. Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Bars sind in der Regel zu Fuß erreichbar. Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und antworten ziemlich schnell auf Nachrichten. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und genau wie auf den Fotos beschrieben. Wir würden definitiv nochmal hier übernachten, wenn wir in Athen sind.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber-Familie. Unterkunft wie beschrieben. Tolles Grundstück mit Olivenbäumen und einem sehr gepflegten Pool. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Man muss nur die Strasse überqueren und kann direkt im Meer baden. Zum Einkaufen oder für Restaurantbesuche braucht man ein Auto. Überdachter Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück.

Nice place and even nicer host. Great location walkable to everything. Restaurant recommendations were perfect. Had an accident hit by scooter and they went above and beyond helping me get taxi to hospital and find pharmacy open at 2:00. Nice to know that some people are kind and helpful. Would not hesitate staying here.

Unterkunft ruhig gelegen. Kurze Wege zu Bus und Bahn Haltestellen, jedoch circa 45 min direkte Fahrt in die Innenstadt. Zu Fuß 15 min ans Meer durch belebte Gehend mit Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Klimaanlage und Ventilator machen es möglich angenehm zu schlafen auch bei warme Temperaturen. Etwas dunkel und schattig gelegen aber großer Außenbereich und schöner Poolbereich. Wohnung mit allem wichtigem ausgestattet und großzügig geschnitten. Allem im allem sehr empfehlenswert für einen Stadttrip
