On a mountain plateau extending between Lefka Ori and the South Cretan Sea one finds the small beautiful village of Agios Ioannis considered to be one of the most isolated villages in Crete with a year-round population. Agios Ioannis is where the road ends and a network of foot paths is starting. Short and long paths lead to the mountain, to the gorges, to the sea. The sea that is also reachable by car! Petres, the greek for "stones", an old "feel like the villagers" house rebuilt in 2023.

La Maison Bleue 2 – Retreat – Space in Nature

Forget your worries in this spacious space. This used to be our grandparents house and it belongs to my family for almost 100 years. The house is peaceful and has many levels where one can relax. There is a garden with flowers, herbs and fruit trees. It is ideal for vacation with the family or friends, but also for retreats and workshops (it hosts up to 12 people). There are fans on the ceilings in one room and an aircondition. Me and my family live in the same building occasionally.

Guest House Lefki is located in Saradari area, in a quiet and relaxed setting only a few steps from the beaches of Limanakia and a walking distance from the heart of Hersonissos town. There are mini markets located very close to the house and also sea view bar-restaurants where you can have your lunch overlooking the water. Hersonissos center famous for its nightlife and shopping is within a 15min walking distance.

Moreover, the apartment has a wardrobe, TV, air conditioning, WiFi, hair dryer, washing machine and a veranda full of flowers and trees

The location is ideal for visiting the top destinations of Crete, such as Balos lagoon, Falassarna beach and Elafonisi. My place is relaxing and ideal for couples. You can enjoy from the veranda excellent views of the bay of Kissamos and the village of Kalergiana.
