Vacation rentals with a kayak in Decentralized Administration of Attica

Wir, Familie mit 5 Erwachsenen, hatte einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Alles entspricht der Beschreibung und die Kommunikation mit Upstreet funktioniert reibungslos und proaktiv seitens Upstreet. Die Wohnung ist groß, sehr sauber, hat einen tollen umlaufenden Balkon und einen tollen Blick auf Athen. Das einzige, dessen man sich bewusst sein muss ist, dass die Lage zwar sehr schön und in einem sehr guten Viertel in Athen ist, aber man sich etwas auf einem Hügel befindet. Man sollte also einigermaßen gut zu Fuß sein (ca. 20-25min zu Fuss in die Plaka), oder man muss öfter mal mit dem Taxi zurück fahren. Für uns war das kein Problem und wir haben die tolle Aussicht von dem umlaufenden Balkon im 6. Stock sehr genossen. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und kann die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

George's place was quite simply fantastic - it really made our vacation. It sits above a beautiful beach that was quiet and is surrounded by trees, plants, and rock gardens. The view from the balcony and bedroom was amazing. George was friendly, helpful and responsive without ever been intrusive. We got frequent deliverys of satsumas, different types of oranges, lemons, limes and vegetables. He told us about local hikes, water fountains, swims and where to shop. There was a beach cat - Pokemon - who became our best buddy. There lots of outdoor tables and chairs - you could be in the sun (or shade) at any time of the day. I really liked that George offered places to recycle and he would come and pick up our recycling - this hasn't been the case in other areas we've visited. If we come to Leonidio we definitely want to stay here - we miss it already

We had the most perfect stay at Kostas’ place! Nestled in a quiet little village just steps away from hidden beaches, it was everything we hoped for and more. The view from the porch is simply unbelievable — we enjoyed every meal out there, and even took relaxing dips in the jacuzzi under the stars. The house was spotless — super clean and clearly well cared for — which made it even easier to settle in and feel comfortable from the first moment. It’s also fully equipped for cooking and truly made us feel at home. Traveling with two young kids (ages 4 and 6), we found the location ideal — peaceful, convenient, and just a short stroll to charming local taverns. The TV setup was fantastic too, loaded with Netflix, Disney+, YouTube, and more — perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. Kostas was an exceptional host. He helped us plan our trip, answered every question, and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was stocked with basics like spices, olive oil and such ! ♥️

Bardzo polecam to miejsce! Dom leży w spokojnym miejscu, posiada dobre wyposażenie kuchenne oraz wygodne materace. Właściciele są bardzo sympatyczni i otwarci. Przywitali nas lokalnymi wypiekami oraz zapraszali do wspólnego stołu. Czuliśmy się tu jak w domu ♥️ Bill wskazywał restauracje i miejsca które warto odwiedzić. Bardzo chętnie tu wrócimy 😊

Staying in this beautiful home was an extraordinary experience! Highly recommended!! The beds were very comfortable, and the quality of the sheets and towels was top-notch. The home was spotless, and the views of the sea were breathtaking. We loved spending time at the virtually private beach, soaking in the serene beauty. The kayaks were an added bonus. The hosts is a delightful woman whose love for their home shines through. Overall, this was a charming and unforgettable stay. Thank you Sofia.

Jak tak pięknie jest w zimie, to co dopiero w lecie :-) Antonios zawsze dostępny, znajduje rozwiązanie na wszystko! Dom, ogród, zaplecze - pierwsza klasa. Koty - kto lubi, a chyba wszyscy lubimy :-) - dodają dużo atmosfery. Widok z salonu, tarasu i górnego tarasu - bajeczne. Miejsce świetne, morze 100m, knajpki 100-300m i na śniadania, lunche i kolacje. Sklepy też na piechotę, zarówno małe jak i dwa markety. Na lotnisko 20min, do Aten (pod Akropol) 60min. Cieszymy się, że wybraliśmy dom Anotoniosa.

We loved it so much we stayed three times! Located in a quiet street, one way traffic and close to beach, buses, cafes, bakeries, supermarkets and pharmacies. Lots of space, fresh and light decor, lounge room and outside area to relax. Highly recommend.
