A 100-year-old house and a large 7,000 m2 plot with access to the forest are at your disposal. The house consists of 6 rooms (18 beds), a kitchen, 5 bathrooms with showers and a 35 m2 fireplace room. We offer a relaxing hot tub in a tub (a so-called "bania"), a wood-fired sauna, and a graduation tower. SERVICES ARE CHARGED EXTRA. There are also several bikes available. The property is located within a Natura 2000 area, and an 8-km bike path leads to the sandy beach on the Szczecin Lagoon.

Our house is a spacious country house from 1912 in the middle of a 5000 m² natural plot. It can accommodate 7-8 people, has been extensively renovated and furnished with antique farmhouse furniture and some design classics. Located on the edge of a village in the Western Pomeranian meadow not far from Szczecin and 1.5 hours from Berlin, you leave the crowded Uckermark behind you. Find relaxation or a quiet workplace in the hilly terminal moraine landscape with many small swimming lakes.

A house in the fields

The house stands alone in a sea of fields, swept by the wind, in a large perennial garden. With many fellow artists and friends, this formerly unspectacular guesthouse from the 90s was rebuilt and renovated, and a garden was created with the help of landscape designer Rainer Elstermann. In constant growth and change, an idyllic place was created – and is still being created – which can accommodate 10 people in the guest area and 8 people in the mainly privately used studio area.

A great place to stay and relax. The apartment is located close to the Szczecin Lagoon and Trzebież with its beautiful yacht marina, surrounded by peaceful nature. The space is large, bright and very comfortable, ideal for families or longer stays. We love animals and pets are welcome. Szczecin is just a short drive away. The former colonial house is one of the oldest buildings in Rieth and has seen many residents come and go in its more than 250-year history.
