The building is separate from the main house at our property. Newly renovated, it's a rhapsody of wood and leadlight, and has its own bathroom and kitchenette; with high-spec insulation and heatpump/air-conditioning you will be perfectly cosy. There are two rooms ; the living area with mini kitchen , and the bedroom with an en suite shower . From the living space and private deck you have views of the sea through the bush garden. Broad Bay on the Otago Peninsula is an ideal base for exploring the local attractions such as Larnach Castle, Albatross Centre and wildlife on the beautiful nearby beaches. .

Relax on the veranda or visit interesting shops, bars, cafes and restaurants, and the supermarket, just a 10 minute walk away with the stadium being a ten minute drive. The surf beaches are a short drive away in all directions. Closer to the door step are walking tracks and fishing spots. Maybe bike Te Aka Ōtakākou our shared pathway.
