The place was nice, clean and well located walking distance to town. The house also had a fantastic view of the Ohio River from the spacious deck. The only downside was that traffic was rerouted due to flooding that occurred by the River, which resulted a lot of traffic noise. I assume once the town fully recovers and reopen the main road by the River, that will not be a problem.

This space had everything I was looking for in my weekend getaway. It was quiet, private, clean, quaint and walkable to the shops and restaurants. The private deck was wonderful to relax on in the evenings. The hosts were very responsive and friendly.

My boyfriend and I decided to escape for our first anniversary, and we are so glad we chose The Loft @ The Farm! Janice and Joe are both so kind and their animals are just as sweet. We really appreciated Joe reaching out before check-in to let us know about a possible detour. Instructions were simple and this place exceeded our expectations! The loft and bathroom were very clean and hand sanitizer dispensers were in the barn and the loft itself. We loved the sweet kitty who greeted us every day, and we obviously enjoyed feeding the farm animals (Oscar and the cows have our hearts)! The local area has so much to do and we were still able to have a blast despite the rainy weekend. Thank you for making our anniversary such a memorable one and for extending such kindness and care. We felt so comfortable and at home, which sometimes is hard when staying in a new place. 10/10 and 5 ⭐️ all around! We wouldn’t have a negative thing to say even if we tried-don’t change a thing! 💓

We absolutely loved this place. Huge fully stocked kitchen to cook in. Tons of room. Very private and peaceful. My husband loved the outdoor space. It was November but it does have a large pool for summer fun! The host was awesome and responsive. We loved our stay!

Bison Bunkhouse Hideaway at Mayberry West Farms

Absolutely magical stay! The bison were majestic, and Marcus the donkey was a total character and the beautiful horses quickly became one of our favorite parts of the stay. Our dog Stewie had the best time meeting farm animals for the first time—especially the farm guardians, Alice and Fred, the sweetest golden pups, and Sammy the cat. The property was breathtaking, peaceful, and full of life. The bunkhouse was so clean and welcoming, with the most amazing coffee maker. Ever. We didn’t want to leave—already dreaming of coming back. Thank you Marie and family for such an amazing experience!
