The historic Village of Cazenovia is four miles away. Hillside has everything you’ll need for a quiet getaway. Good dogs allowed. No cats.

Our place is conveniently located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off the interstate - 10 minutes from Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, hospitals and downtown. It is just minutes away from Starbucks, Panera's, Wegmans and numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities. It is also very close to the Erie Canal trail (1/2 mile) for walking, jogging or biking. We have chosen to go with a farmhouse theme with our decor. We live next door and you will enjoy total privacy when you stay.

The townhouse is located in a secure building in the historic armory square. Many nice Bars and restaurants are located on the same street right outside the building. MOST and landmark theater are within walkable distance. Destiny Mall & Syracuse University are 5 min drive away. Enjoy complimentary Keurig coffee and enjoy the street view Refer "Other details to note" regarding Home Owner association rules . Violation fee for first incident is $250 for first incident. $400 for second incident.

Parking available. There is a one time fee of $50 for your pet(s).

House backs up to beautiful Elmwood park and our family garden. Perfect for 1 or 2 (potentially 3). Great for coffee, book, and nature lovers. Stairwell to apartment is narrow and could be a challenge for some. Access to fenced private family garden if you like. We are often around and outside but the apt is very private.

Enjoy the large kitchen and separate dining room, and relax in the living room. You can look forward to a great nights sleep in our 2- king beds in our master suites, or a full in the guest room.
