A seven minute walk will bring you to Chittenango Falls Park with it’s majestic waterfall and lots of trails. The property is backed by the NYS walking trail that follows an old rail line. The historic Village of Cazenovia is four miles away. Hillside has everything you’ll need for a quiet getaway. Good dogs allowed. No cats.

Anne's Place

Our place is conveniently located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off the interstate - 10 minutes from Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, hospitals and downtown. It is just minutes away from Starbucks, Panera's, Wegmans and numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities. It is also very close to the Erie Canal trail (1/2 mile) for walking, jogging or biking. We have chosen to go with a farmhouse theme with our decor. We live next door and you will enjoy total privacy when you stay.

Strathmore Contemporary Home

Completely remodeled 1920’s home in the Strathmore neighborhood of Syracuse. The property is centrally located near a beautiful park with biking and running trails. Located minutes to downtown, close to Community General and Upstate Hospital’s, and ten minutes to Syracuse University. The owners live in the other half of the home, enjoy hosting guests, and meticulously maintaining the property. The house is a side-by-side duplex with 1700 sq ft. on each side with separate front/back entrances.

The apartment is located less than ten minutes from Syracuse University, Le Moyne College, Armory Square, Clinton Square, and Upstate University Hospital. This comfortable apartment features a kitchen, a stocked coffee station, 2 bedrooms, an office with a day bed, a beautiful dining room that seats 6, and a living room with a large flat screen TV. Parking available. There is a one time fee of $50 for your pet(s).

House backs up to beautiful Elmwood park and our family garden. Perfect for 1 or 2 (potentially 3). Great for coffee, book, and nature lovers. Stairwell to apartment is narrow and could be a challenge for some. Access to fenced private family garden if you like. We are often around and outside but the apt is very private.

Period furniture blended with modern amenities provide for a luxurious stay. Park directly outside your suite and private front entrance. From your living room, step out onto the grand, columned back porch and stroll through the peaceful gardens. Sip your morning coffee on the patio beside the fountain or under the pergola while enjoying the gas fire pit.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this spacious, centrally located home. Close to SU, LeMoyne, ESF, St Joseph’s hospital, Crouse & Upstate. Enjoy the large kitchen and separate dining room, and relax in the living room. You can look forward to a great nights sleep in our 2- king beds in our master suites, or a full in the guest room. If you don’t require full use of the house, please let us know and we can adjust the cleaning fee prior to your booking.

Stay a night at our tiny Hobbit House

We are close to Syracuse NY, Jamesville Beach,and Tully. You’ll love our place because - Well, its a Hobbit House :). Very cozy 12 by 12 cabin set in the back of my land right where the woods start. Small cabin good for a couple and maybe a child or two but no more than that. It has an outhouse. If this is sounding too basic or off the grid then please don't book! :) because that's exactly what is. But you also get to say you stayed in a cozy little hobbit house.

My place is 10 min from Syracuse University, Upstate University hospital, Crouse Irving hospital, 5 min from LeMoyne College, 8 min from downtown Syracuse and St. Joeseph's Health hospital, 16 min from Green Lakes State Park... You’ll love my place because of the quaintness, the quiet and the proximity to what Syracuse has to offer. My place is good for couples, small families, solo adventurers, people with animals, and business travelers.
