Conveniently located just 30 minutes from downtown Omaha, as well as within a quick drive to numerous state parks. There is even an external electrical hook up for campers. Finally, our grain bin includes 20 acres of the Loess Hills to explore. We recommend hiking to the top of the ridge for sunset. It's breath taking.

Private suite located in lower level of our home, direct entry with key code through the garage. Guests love having immediate access and NO STAIRS!!! 8 Minutes from both main interstates. 15 minutes to downtown, ballpark, zoo, shopping and 20 min from the airport. Your space is a partially finished basement with private garage access and a lock on your door. This is a studio styled space with a queen sized bed, futon, full bath, full kitchen, parking and washer and dryer. You will have a TV with streaming services, snacks and drinks.
