Welcome to Rose Villa a self catering house, in a quiet residential area however there is a vibrant night life with the Spintex road, Junction mall and Accra mall nearby. There are 8 cctv recording audio cameras covering the whole compound with electric fencing. Apart from 5 bedrooms (2 with jacuzzis) the price includes large living room/ dining room, big kitchen, garage and parking space for 3 extra cars. Apartment exactly as advertised, good location, clean quiet and private, but within walking distance of supermarket, restaurants, pub etc.. Only minor issues when I was there, renewal of WiFi and DSTV, both handled very quickly. I only booked for a few days, but was happy to continually extend, and stayed for over 3 weeks. Would recommend

My 2 week stay with Birgit and John was wunderbar! They have a couple of apartments available so they can host many different sized groups. Mine had two bedrooms and a kitchenette. It was very clean and they had a cleaner come in once a week. There is AC you can pay extra for but with the windows open to create a cross breeze and the fan I was very comfortable! The property is walled with a solid gate and a housekeeper so I felt very safe. There is a lovely yard. There are also lots of seating areas outside, including a nice hammock under a tree and lookout spot on the roof! Birgit and John are lovely and friendly. They provided water when I arrived and a few meals during my stay (including a German breakfast and fufu!!). They loaned me bug spray when I couldn't find any to buy. They gave me a lot of great advice and support. We also played some games together in the evenings! One of the highlights of my trip was our trip to the beach! I was super grateful they made that happen <3

I had a fantastic 3-day stay at Phoenix Nest Apartments. The location is excellent, providing easy access to nearby communities and routes in and out of Tema. The apartment was very secure, spotlessly clean, comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped with essentials and personal touches. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met. Marita and Farouk were always responsive and available to assist with any questions. It’s the perfect spot for a relaxing, hassle-free stay. I highly recommend it and will definitely book again next time I’m in Ghana. Thank you for hosting us!

Martina and Marguerita are exceptional hosts. We could not have had the incredible Ghana experiance had stayed in a hotel or went on a tour. Martina provided some off the beated path places that are her favorites. We had all the privacy we wanted with help and guidance when needed. The neighborhood in Tesano is lovely and safe. While staying t Martina'sm we had a medical emergency. This is when our hosts' quick response meant that we lost a day but it did not spoil our trip. I just can't say enough about our experience.

We had a fantastic stay at Lydia's place, the place is as described and very spacious, with four fully equipped bedrooms. Lydia offered coffee and egg with toast the first morning, which was hugely appreciated after a long flight and late arrival. Highly recommended.
