The place we stayed was as pictured, and it was extremely enjoyable because it had a large garden. Ms. Merve and her husband were very friendly and very interested , the bungolov house has everything to meet your daily needs, it is a clean and tidy , pleasant environment . We were very satisfied , it will be my first choice if I come to Datça again.

Emel is very welcoming, reactive and understanding. The location is a bit far away but very serene and quiet. The house was charming, the beach is 5 min. away by driving, we recommand if you have a car.

We stayed with our baby for 1.5 months in September/October. The proximity of the house to the sea, walking distance to the center and the producer market was very good. We didn't even need a car. The house had everything we needed for a long-term stay. You can swim in the sea directly in front of the compound, it is a very beautiful environment, you can sit under the natural shade of the trees, the sea is spotless. She can come freely, who takes her chair and tea, everyone is very friendly. We loved Datça, the people of Datca (summer house):) The neighbors are affectionate, calm, away from the noise. Our host, Ms. Naz, was always available and provided quick and practical solutions even if there were any disruptions. She even prepared a bed for our baby, special for us:) We met Ms. Naz for the first time, but she hosted us as if she were her family. Thank you so much, we recommend this sweet home to everyone with peace of mind.

Great location; a house with walking distance to the beach and also privacy. I had a smooth stay.

With a unique beautiful view, isolated but very close to the center, there is no deprivation. It's a great medium to watch the sky, I've never observed the stars so intensely. It's actually obvious in the photos, but I realized when I saw that the house is a tiny house. Although the place is narrow, it is convenient. The garden is quite well designed. Large, simple and stylish. The road to get to the house is very narrow, steep dirt and stony. Suitable for transportation vehicles. You have to be careful. We got used to it at one time too. The host is also a kind, helpful gentleman. It was a nice experience. Thank you.

The house was great. It was very enjoyable to have tea and coffee on the terrace of the house especially in the evenings. It was a nice experience to stay in this tastefully paid stone house in the peaceful and calm Cumalı bay. Mr. Hakan was also very caring and kind. The fact that it was close to Palamut Bay and Knidos and of course the breakfasts were a positive aspect of the house. Thank you.

We had a great time in beautiful Servilla. It was a perfect calm home from which to explore the Datca peninsula. We enjoyed the nature and the beautiful views from the spacious house, which even had toys for our son to play with! Having a car is a must, since the house is up in the hills and about 15min drive from the closest beach (hayitbükü). We would love to stay here again (and listen to more tapes on the tape machine). it was nice to have the location of the house and everything that should be in the house. It is a very spacious accommodation for large families and groups, which can always be preferred.

The house and garden were huge. It was incredibly enjoyable to sit in the garden The pool was empty as if we had been assigned to us and enjoyed being able to use it as we wanted. There was so much more than we needed in the house. Everything was thought out. It was no different than a living house. Host was friendly and understanding. He was so warm to us. It was definitely a place we would go and stay again. I recommend it.

The house is in a very nice place in Eski Datça. If you want a slightly more tranquil vacation, this is a private space for you. The garden and pool were lovely. It was very close to very nice places in Old Datca. It was not very close to the center but it took 6-8 minutes by taxi. The only thing missing from the house was WiFi, in my opinion, everything from its cleanliness to its facilities and its calmness to its decoration was very good

The house is located in Kızlan and around 15 minutes drive to the center of Datça as a place. A nice bungalow, everything is available in the house where all needs are met and the house is very clean. The hosts are both very friendly and helpful. There are a little too many ants due to the fact that the house is in the garden, especially in the house. We had a nice 7 days with our apartment ☺️

The place with the best design and temperature I've ever seen. They turned everyone's dream house into reality, I couldn't get enough of taking photos and videos. We went with my wife and dog, and we were very comfortable because the garden was surrounded. There is a small hobby pool, everything is available in the kitchen, I have come to Datça many times, I loved this little house in the girl, I would definitely recommend a repeat stay.

A perfect location, a perfect home… Sister Serap would not be so interested if you were your own relative. Thankfully, he was very interested in everything. We had a really enjoyable holiday in terms of the width and perfect location of the house during our vacation, where we all went with children. The proximity to the bays is very nice. The therapist and his wife are very kind, very valuable people. Highly recommended.

Ideal for those looking for peace and tranquility, in touch with nature. Having three beaches within walking distance offers a separate opportunity for those without individual vehicles. The houses are clean and all necessary equipment is available, I also recommend to families with children, your children can easily spend time in the garden on their own while you sit on the porch, although there is such a warm environment in the compound that our 8 and 4 year old children have never been alone. Host Cemal is well above expectations and his advantage of mastering the area makes an incredible contribution to your sightseeing plans on the Datça peninsula. Our trip, which started for us under the name of holiday, Cemal, Nurten, Zülfiye,Kenan and our lovely friends Passer,Tekir,Milk, we made very valuable friendships and made very valuable friendships. My wife and I spent our holiday in Datça this year by staying at Ms. Merve's house in Raykent for 5 days. Raykent is about 15 minutes away from Datça Center by private car. Most importantly, it is one of the rare sites with its own private beach within a short walking distance in Datça. There are umbrellas, enough sunbeds and showers on the beach. It is possible to have a good time away from the crowds and noise by taking your food, drink, book, etc. Being able to hike the long coastline at any time of the day is a complete privilege. The house was equipped to meet all of our main needs, most importantly it was clean. We had a pleasant meal on the large balcony of the house. Ms. Merve is a very caring, accessible, responsive, helpful and kind host who answers our questions instantly. We were very satisfied , we recommend it to everyone. A private apartment surrounded by fruit trees. It was also within walking distance to the sea in the big hotels. We had a very comfortable stay. The terrace is wonderfully quiet and private for you. It will be even better in a few years. The most important note is that after taking permission from Ms. Ekin, be sure to take a juicer with you,where fresh juices and breakfast and cocktails will be great. The restaurants in the region are not enough in terms of flavor, (including Ovabükü, Hayıtbükü, Palamütbükü), the sea was stony but very calm. Be sure to sit somewhere in the center of Datca and drink something on the water.(But prices are exaggerated (April24 Squid700-201,000) There is a kiosk and a shock market in nearby Palamutbükün, but we did our shopping from the center with the warning of Ms. Ekin. There is a grocery store next to the house. We had a nice vacation, thank you.

We had a very pleasant day. It is a great location for those who want to relax and enjoy the sea and nature. Both Mr. Kemal and his family helped us as soon as we needed them. I've had a tiny house experience before, but this tiny house is spacious and spacious. 6 people can stay comfortably. There is also enough grass area for your pet. It was also nice to start the day with the sounds of chickens, donkeys and dogs. It was fine if they suddenly brayed at night:) Thank you for everything. We will be back to stay longer next time. Very peaceful and calm place 5-10 minutes by car to the center. Since we had children for the sea, we usually preferred the Haunted Bay, which is very close to the house, the sand and a very beautiful secluded beach that immediately deepens. Since we went in early September, we were not overwhelmed by the heat, the upper floor may be a little hot in the summer, but sleeping and waking up with the smell of wood is a great beauty. Finally, our hostess is extremely kind and I would like to thank her very much for answering any questions we have at any moment.

We, as a family of four, have spent almost 3 weeks in Sümran's place and we felt very comfortable. The house is cosy, clean, private and there is everything you need. The terrace at the back gives a wonderful view over the surroundings and right around the corner are a couple of very good restaurants and of course Sümran's own little coffeeshop where she serves good coffee and very nice bagels. Another advantage of this is that Sümran is often close by so if you do have any questions, you just have to walk 2 minutes and she will help you. So yes, I definitely recommend this place and we'll return to here when we'll visit the beautiful island Datça again.
