Self-sufficient shepherd's wagon with fireplace can be used all year round

A cozy self-sufficient construction trailer with solar, fireplace and dry separation toilet on its own meadow with 6 sheep and views of the vastness of Mecklenburg. The sheep do not have to be in your area. On request, they can also be moved to the back meadow. In the meadow is a separate fireplace, seating and outdoor shower. In cold weather, you can shower in our house. For wellness, we have a sauna & hot tub in our garden area. The kitchen is fully equipped.

The charming thatched cottage, on the Koppelstrom, has been available for your vacation since spring 2016. The location of the house is convincing with its fantastic view of Bodden and the adjacent small harbor. But the generous amenities with fireplace and sauna are also impressive. Vacation homes on the Baltic Sea are by no means only interesting in the warm season. "an de waterkant" proves that there are also enough reasons to take a break in the off-season

The duplex apartment is located in a historic pilot house in a small harbor town near Stralsund. It is only a few meters to the water on foot. Suitable for max. 2 adults and one child. On the ground floor is the kitchen with a small dining area and an exit to the terrace. There is also a bathroom with bathtub and sauna. In the upper part is the living room-bedroom with a wooden beam ceiling, a double bed and a sofa bed (about 80 x 190 cm).
