Die Wohnung verfügt über 1 Schlafzimmer, 1 Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa, sowie eine ausgestattete Küche und einTageslichtbad, separater Eingang sowie W-LAN. Ein Supermarkt, Bäcker, Apotheke und mehrere Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Ort verfügt über einen Golfplatz, Tennisplätze, ein Freibad und weitere Sportmöglichkeiten.

The small apartment is ideal for 2-3 people or a family with two smaller children.

If you come with 5 people, a person sleeps in the residential area, but also comfortably with a good mattress.

Das ca. 36 m² große Atelier Galerie Blau wurde zu einer besonderen Ferienwohnung im Maisonettestil mit separatem Eingang und kleiner Gartenterrasse umgebaut. Im oberen Bereich befindet sich der Schlaf- und Arbeitsraum mit einem Doppelbett (180x200m). Im Erdgeschoss liegt ein Wohn-, Schlaf- und Essbereich mit der Kochnische, Waschmaschine und einem kleinem Duschbad. Der dritte Schlafplatz ist somit nicht in einem getrennten Zimmer, sondern befindet sich im Wohnbereich.

Nice little apartment in the Martinsviertel!

The 30 sqm bright apartment is located in the popular Darmstadt Martinsviertel. It was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2016. There is a separate entrance/exit to the apartment from the street. Guests are welcome to go out into the garden to relax. The tram to the main train station and the city, the city center and the Technical University of Darmstadt can be reached within 10 minutes. The apartment is rented by us for 2 days to a maximum of 1 month.

1 room apartment with Wi-Fi approx. 25 square meters with single kitchen with small fridge and freezer compartment. Kettle Senseo coffee maker Bedding Towels Hairdryers are provided. But no oven and no microwave. Sleeping options are: A single bed and the couch can be pulled out to a sleeping area of 150 × 200 cm. Free street parking is available. Key handover takes place in person or through a key safe, which is located at the gate.
