A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

Auf einem ursprünglichen Bauernhof haben wir mit viel Liebe ein Ferienhaus zum Träumen geschaffen. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist hier genau richtig! Ein großer Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein. Abends kann man gemütlich am Feuer sitzen oder auf der bequemen Couch bei einem Glas Wein ein Buch lesen. Von Groß Markow aus kannst Du die Umgebung mit dem Rad oder mit dem Auto erkunden. Der Ort liegt zwischen dem Kummerower und Teterower See. Die Ostsee erreicht man in nur einer Stunde.

Theater, Kino, Museumshafen, Zoo und Bahnhof in fußläufiger Entfernung. Der Marktplatz mit seinen Giebelhäusern im Stil der Backsteingotik ist um die Ecke, das Pommersche Landesmuseum auch. Es handelt sich um einen tierfreien Nichtraucherhaushalt. Daher sind Tiere leider nicht willkommen. In der Wohnung darf nicht geraucht werden.

Groß Raden hat ein archäologisches Freilichtmuseum mit Ferienprogrammen. Zur Ostsee, nach Schwerin sowie nach Wismar und Rostock sind es 30-45 Autominuten.

Das "Kontor" ist ein großzügiges, herrschaftliches Apartment mit marodem Charm für 2 Personen das sich im rechten Flügel, im Erdgeschoß des Hauses befindet. Ich habe das Gutshaus in Kobrow im Jahr 2011 unter dem Aspekt erworben, ein kleines Stück Kulturgut unseres Landes zu beleben und dadurch auch zu erhalten. Mittlerweile gibt es im Haus 3 weitere Apartments für Gäste. (gerne auch unsere anderen Angebote bei Airbnb anschauen)
