Ai and her staff are very kind people,we checked in around 2am still we found the caretaker and watchman waiting for us .The space in the house is what we were looking forward and privacy ,we got it all .Ai is very calm and quicker to respond any question .I will choose Ai apartment over and over again .Thank you once again Ai

Forget about other run of the mill accom, my stay with Ummy at her family home gave me the opportunity to taste Tanzanian food and connect with locals. Thanks Ummy and family, I'll be back to experience more of your wonderful hospitality.

It was really wonderful. Ramla and Luay are definitely one of the best hosts I ever encountered. It's a bit difficult to find this place but they have been guiding us and ready to help anytime. You need to pay your own electricity but it wasn't a problem for me. Will come again for the friendly people

i had a great time at Charlotte's place with my little family and my sister passing through Dar. the accommodation is chic, well-equipped and tidy the host is welcoming available and active although at a distance, with in addition the presence on site of a person who responds to your various concerns is great. The property is located in a modern and secure building and has a shop on site, it's great! only problem is that the apartment is different from the one good photos, but it remains very nice and of very good standing. special note for Charlotte who is an understanding person and knows how to put her occupants at ease. i recommend 100% and will not hesitate to book myself.

Our experience was pleasant, the apartment looked very nice and clean. We only stayed one night, but the experience was pleasant and comfortable, especially after a long day, getting to rest in that super comfortable bed, with the perfect temperature was simply fantastic.

This is such a lovely apartment with lots of space and light. I loved that both bedrooms had their own bathrooms as well as a toilet for the guests. I would highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful three night stay at Yayo Hotel. The location was perfect for getting to great eateries and evening venues. We took bajajs almost exclusively to places like Slipway and Cape Town Fish Market. And shout out to Central Park Cafe, our daily breakfast spot walking distance from Yayo. The facilities were excellent. Check-in was smooth, our room was clean and both the hot water and air-conditioner worked very well! We didn’t get a chance to get in the pool due to our hectic schedule and the rainy weather. But it looked great and we will certainly take a dip on our next trip. And the staff was wonderful. Friendly and helpful!Highly recommend Yayo.

A great place to stay for a few nights in Dar. We stay here when ever in town. My thanks to Bob for putting us up an extra night when I made a mistake with the booking and my apologies to the guest who had booked to stay that night.

Happy’s place is huge and have big open land. I had a pleasant stay with the family and Sasha became my very dear friend. I recommend everyone to stay there. (Ps: the location is kinda far from the city so please prepare for that mentally. You can still take Bolt(Tanzanian Uber) to the beach, the mall, the supermarket etc, cost about 10000 shillings per ride.)

Anitha is the pluperfect host: I felt right at home from the very beginning. She went above and WAY beyond doing EVERYTHING to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The property is beautiful and very clean. I was happy to find an air conditioner, although I only used it once for the nearly 2 months that I stayed because it was very cool (August-September). It was also a pleasant surprise to find an insecticide-treated mosquito net because some places do not pay attention to this important detail. Lots of food stores, ATMs, convenience stores that are walkable and a well known mall is not to far away taking Bolt (taxi). I'm an introvert by nature so Anitha gave me my space when needed, but she has a magnetic personality and brought me out of my shell and interacted with me as well. Anitha was also kind enough to share some of the best meals I've had in my life from time to time. The place is quiet so I was able to read and sleep in peace. Cleaning service once a week, so room is NEAT!

The location is not very good, but it is very close to the airport.Charles and his family were very nice, and he also helped me contact the car to the city.Accommodation was clean, with a cozy little yard on the doorstep and air conditioning at night which slept very well.
