As a facility that has been legally registered as a farming and fishing village, it is equipped with 4 rooms, 2 toilets, a spacious central living room, a front deck, and a spacious 2nd floor terrace, making it suitable for events such as a cozy family gathering of 10-20 people, an alumni reunion, a department workshop, and a small college student MT. You can enjoy mountain climbing at Mt. There are a lot of parks around here (may have mosquitoes) This place is certified for quality by Korea Tourism Organization. It has spacious living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. There is a separate entrance for guests. Privacy is protected but host is available when needed. It isn't near from Airport and famous tourist attractions.

It is home to Alpensia and Yongpyong Resort that serve as the stage of Snow Festival. My house was the official lodging of the organizing committee of the Olympic Games in Canada at the 2018 Winter Olympics. They loved our accommodation very much.
