Very great home, was very clean and perfect all around for our stay!

We recently rented this charming house for a two-night getaway, and it was everything we hoped for and more! Nestled in a remote and beautiful location, the setting was absolutely stunning—ideal for a relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The house itself was cozy and well-equipped, providing us with all the amenities we needed. We loved the various activities available on-site, which kept us entertained during our stay. Whether it was playing games, enjoying some downtime, or just soaking in the peaceful surroundings, there was never a dull moment. One minor downside was the weather; we wished it would have cooperated a bit more so we could fully enjoy walking the grounds and taking in the breathtaking views. However, we made the most of our time indoors and had a fantastic time catching up and relaxing. Such a cute place! It was exactly how it was described. We needed a place to stay while seeing a family member who had surgery and this little cottage was just what we needed. Family of 5 (including 3 teens). A perfect place where we could unplug and destress after visiting. Bonus….they had coffee and good coffee creamer fully stocked!

The house is amazing. It’s like any place, it has its quirks. Overall amazing. Not one complaint from our group of 8, even if we would have had one it would have been handled quickly. Melissa is on the top of the hosting game. Quick to answer and willing to help with anything you need. The house is spacious, clean and very nice. Big yard and large deck with eating area and fire table. Plenty of spare propane for both grill and table. Clean hot tub and plenty of towels and linens. If you’re questioning whether or not to book this place, book it. You won’t be sorry. Just don’t do it for mid April, we WILL be booking again.

Loved our stay! The house had everything we needed to enjoy a long weekend. We were walking distance to a local bbq restaurant and right across from Lake Linville. We were able to walk across the street and do a little fishin’.
