I would happily move in to Anna’s place and never leave. The perch above the harbor is exquisite, the charm of the house (original details everywhere is delightful, the comfort of the spaces: all fantastic. Great place that I am determined to return to!

Fabulous view. Could walk to the Moeraki Boulders (45 min) and short walk (10 min) to local watering hole (Moeraki Tavern). Stunning view from Whaler's Point also walkable. Short drive to lighthouse. Seals plentiful and we also got lucky and saw penguin!

Absolutely fantastic hosts. Gorgeous location, and a truly beautiful part of NZ. Visit the penguins in Oamaru , and head home after, for sundowners on the sun deck. The beautiful bays and beaches are walking distance; such a treat. Kakanui is a special place, and this is special house. A home from home. Thank you, Tania 🥰🫶.

Nice place to stay. Good for what we're after. Had very minimal cooking equipment in the home, but wasn't a problem for us. Nice big tv and couch.

Such a gorgeous cottage set in sunny position on the property. So peaceful and a great view from the deck. Liked that it was only 5 min drive out of Oamaru in a quiet rural setting. Very comfortable beds. And kitchen well equipped with all you need. Buddy the dog is delightful and loves back scratches! Dad and I will look forward to the next time we can stay . Highly recommended 😊

Wow what a fantastic spot, we absolutely loved our stay here, what a gorgeous home - we felt so relaxed from the minute we arrived. You have everything you need, the bed is so comfy the bathroom is spotless and the garden is stunning…with the log burner you couldn’t be more cosy! Warm and cozy place to stay. Great location, peaceful and close to the beach. The host Lisa was very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended.
