Welcome to our newly built guest house "Ladan." A home in a quiet, rural setting just east of Uppsala. With us, you live 13 km from Uppsala C and 7 km from the E4, which takes you further towards Arlanda or Stockholm. 1000 meters from the accommodation, a bus goes directly to Uppsala C and during some summer days, you can take a steam train to the city with the museum railway Lennakatten. The guest house is located on the outskirts of Gunsta community, close to nature. In the area, there is the nice Stiernhielms Krog & Livs, where you can eat well or shop a little.

Take a break and unwind in this peaceful oasis! Warmly welcome to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside in a 24 sqm studio. The residence is located in a newly built house on our property, and consists of a room with kitchen and bathroom with shower and washing machine. The apartment is located a few kilometers outside Rasbo. It is incredibly calm and quiet, with a farm as the closest neighbor where you can see horses and cows walking in the pastures outside the property. Forests and fields create a beautiful environment, perfect for long walks!

Welcome to a nice simple accommodation in scenic surroundings in a small village in the countryside. You are close to Uppsala, Arlanda and Knivsta, a perfect stop on the way for a small group. 1 room and kitchenette with its own shower, lush patio and parking, nature is on your doorstep with blackbirds and deer. There are nice hiking areas around in the fields, bird watching along Storån in spring/autumn and many cultural remains from the Stone and Bronze Age in the area. Linnaeus Hammarby is 10 minutes away by car

Welcome to this fantastic oasis 8 km from Uppsala city and only 30 minutes from Stockholm Arlanda airport. Here you will live in a newly built house of 95 sqm with room for 5 people just a stone's throw from Fyrisån and beautiful Ulva Kvarn. The house offers an undisturbed location where you can relax but still be close to Uppsala and its beautiful surroundings, Arlanda Airport and Stockholm. Relax on the well-sized terrace at the back of the house while hearing the waterfall's roar from a distance.

Small cozy guest house on a leafy plot. 400 meters from the cottage is Lake Mälaren. Here you can swim at a jetty or small beach in the summer and ice skate in the winter. Close to a beautiful nature reserve with barbecue areas and nice forest. The cottage has a room and bathroom. It has a small, but fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. There is a bed (140 cm) as well as a folding guest bed (70 cm). In the bathroom, there is a washing machine, shower and toilet. Sheets and towels included.

Full equipped smaller kitchen and a bathroom with shower, washing machine,comfortable bed, armchair, lots of wardrobes. You live by yourself and you don’t share anything. Gamla Uppsala is 4 km north of Uppsala city, nice, quiet and very close to the nature. The highway E4 is close and you can go by bus, bike or walk to city, it’s 100m to the busstop.

Enjoy a cozy and convenient stay in Knivsta, a cute village with easy access via train to Stockholm 28min, Arlanda airport 8min and Uppsala 9min. Our guest house has a private entrance, mini kitchen, TV with Chromecast, comfortable 140cm bed, small sofa bed and bathroom with a washing machine and nice shower. Everything you need is within walking distance, including the commuter train station, grocery stores, restaurants, cafés, gyms and the lake. You can also park for free on the property.

Gott om parkering och harmoniskt ljusinsläpp genom hela bostaden. 2st fungerande kakelugnar, furugolv, nytt badrum samt rymligt kök. Bostaden är ca 70kvm och det finns bäddsoffa ifall man är 4personer. Området är ett av Uppsalas mest attraktivaste där man har nära till allt som staden har att erbjuda

Unique charming attic apartment of 120 sqm with 3.40 in ceiling height. 3 rooms and kitchen and with large balcony on the roof with outdoor furniture and gas grill. Outside, you have large, nice parks and playgrounds. Nice hiking trails and Fyrisån river just around the corner. Quiet and cozy area. A walk of about 15 minutes along the Fyrisån river takes you to the city center, or alternatively, you have 1 minute to the city buses. Parking for cars is available.

Beach house by Lake Mälaren

Cozy 32 m² beach house with open floor plan and beautiful views over Lake Mälaren. Kitchenette with two hotplates, combined oven/microwave, and fridge. Main room with 140 cm bed, two sofas, and an open fireplace. Bathroom with WC, shower, and washing machine. Enjoy a private patio with access to a shared beach. No blackout curtains—bring a sleep mask if sensitive to light. Set on part of a larger property in a peaceful nature reserve with trails right outside.

Charmig stuga/ Cottage with lake view

Vår charmiga gäststuga ligger i ett naturskönt område med skogar och sjöar direkt inpå knuten. Fina vandringsmöjligheter direkt utanför dörren. Stugan är ca 22 m2 och har ett helkaklat badrum med dusch, ett enkelt pentry med kylskåp, frysfack, mikrovågsugn, plattor och vattenkokare och köksbord. Det finns två sängar samt en bäddsoffa med soffbord. Goda kommunikationer med buss eller bil till Uppsala (20 min) och Arlanda (35 min). Endast 75 km till Stockholm.

Lovely and fresh accommodation only 10 km from central Uppsala. Large guest house/apartment of 130 sqm in a scenic area on the farm. The accommodation has four separate bedrooms, one with a double bed. Large social areas for socializing. During spring/summer, there is outdoor furniture on the large terrace, which is in a south-facing location. Possibility of parking in the yard. Gym is in another house on the property and can be used upon request.
