Tranholmen is a car-free, quiet, green, idyllic island only 20 minutes from central Stockholm. Perfect if you want to combine the tranquility of the archipelago with sightseeing in central Stockholm. High location with lake views in several directions. Two large terraces with both morning and evening sun. Very child-friendly with playground, soccer field and sandy beach a couple of minutes from the house. Large trampoline on site. The house is reached by SL ferry from Ropsten or by pool rowing boats from Svanholmsparken, Stocksund.

Wonderful villa with lush garden and large terraces. Newly renovated with period details from 1929. Large living room with sofas and TV and exit to terrace. Dining room with room for 14 people and exit to terrace. 2 large bedrooms with double beds. 2 smaller bedrooms. Unheated pool. The area is quiet with proximity to forest and beautiful swimming areas as well as close to heated pool area for play and exercise swimming. A couple of minutes by bus to the subway that takes you to Stockholm city in 15 minutes

Cottage close nature. 15 min to Sthlm. Up to 4 ppl

This small house is peacefully and centrally located near Stockholm C. The cottage is newly built with kitchen(dishwasher), living room, bedroom, bathroom(washing machine). It takes a few min. to walk to the subway Mörby C. and it takes 15 min. by subway to Stockholm C, 10 min to University. The cottage is very child-friendly with a playground and no car traffic. In the loft there are 2 beds (90x200, new, comfortable). If you are more than 2 adults, someone must sleep in the loft. Inconvenient?

The apartment is a separate room with privat entrance, located in my flat, with free parking & wifi, close to shopping and Metro at Mörby C.

A newly renovated four-level townhouse just 15min from the city. The house has a spacious living area, two outdoor areas, 3 bedrooms and a playing area in the basement with TV, PlayStation, gymnastics, pool table and ping-pong table. On the top floor is an art studio and workspace. 150m2+100m2. One bed is 180cm, one 140cm, one 120cm and two extra folding beds that are 90cm each. 300m to outdoor pool “kvarnbadet”, close to football court, playground, and lake. 100m to bus station.
