Régine is a very nice hostess and the cottage is super. Clean, nicely decorated and authentic. Beautiful and well maintained garden. Swimming pool is enclosed with a fence, so that children without a swimming diploma can be kept out.

Beautiful house in a beautiful, peaceful environment with lovely heated swimming pool. Hosts were very attentive and easy to get hold of. Lots of very useful information about the area, activities and places to eat before and on arrival. We booked Champagne tours and meal at Chateau de Sacy well before arriving. Perfect location for exploring the Champagne region.

Beautiful stay in picturesque Champagne! This place is 5 minutes out of the Eppernay city center and situated right on top of a vineyard and beautiful pool. The space inside is very well-done, beautiful, and equipped for a beautiful stay in Champagne. Julie is responsive and kind - will definitely stay again when visiting the area!

We had a great time thanks to Adèle. The house is perfect for hosting several families with children. Everything is well thought out and the large garden with the volleyball court is a real plus! Thanks again to Alain for hosting us and for his flexibility.

We loved our stay with Maryline. She was very welcoming and the house was beautiful! We loved the little decor touches that Maryline brought, it was done with great taste. The hot tub, foosball, and billiards were great too! I will be back with great pleasure because we had a great weekend in this little corner of heaven!

We had a great stay at Pauline's place. From there you can walk to everything in Épernay, a very good baker is minutes away. Pauline welcomed us in a very friendly way and had great tips for us. The house is very cozy and looks exactly like the photos! We highly recommend booking.

We were 6 adults and 1 child in Suzie's accommodation for 3 nights during a long weekend. The geographical location of the house is great because we were able to visit Reims for 1 day and Epernay for 1 day without driving too much. It is located in a quiet and safe area (with the gendarmerie 2 steps away), you can easily walk in the vineyards and taste champagne in the village (on foot). We particularly enjoyed the petanque court in front of the house, and the sheltered terrace overlooking the vineyards allowed us to spend all our meals outside. Our daughter was able to enjoy the enclosed garden and swing and we enjoyed the hot tub for our evenings. The accommodation was clean and well-equipped. The only point to raise; the neighbor's rooster that wakes up very early and sings under the windows...

Very clean and fresh accommodation! Large and spacious with everything practical you could possibly need! Super nice hostess and it was very easy to check in and out! I'd love to come back. It takes just over 10 minutes to walk down to the city and that's nothing! Quiet and safe area. Everything was clean and fresh and it was practical with garage space. Will definitely be returning!

Hello We had a pleasant stay in this cottage for 12 people. This cottage is very large, very spacious, really offers space to everyone without jostling, it is tastefully and elegantly decorated and of very good quality. The rooms are very nice sizes, as for the two suites, they are exceptional and very well arranged. The hosts, Sophie and Fabrice are lovely people and very responsive to the slightest requests. Above all, don't hesitate to ask them for a visit to their cellar, it's very interesting and they have a passion for their profession and their champagne is very very good with a very good value for money. Thanks to them.

Super accommodation where everything is really present! Everything very clean and well maintained, and everything you need is present. Very quiet too. We were a group of 5 motorcyclists, and these can be parked behind a closed gate, ideal. Bakker within walking distance. Very satisfied with our stay and chances are very high that we will return here!

This place is a real gem, and I'm weighing my words! Clean and well-equipped, every detail has been thought of to make you feel at home (coffee, condiments, large fridge, etc.). The pluses that made all the difference for us: the vacuum cleaner made available (ideal when you travel with a dog and you like it to be clean), the small vegetable garden in which we were invited to pick strawberries, a private and quiet terrace, a house that stays cool despite the high temperatures. Not to mention its location, a few meters from the vineyards and the forest, which is absolutely great for walking and discovering the area. Anne-Louise was very available and flexible. Unfortunately, we had to shorten our stay because of a death in the family, and his kindness and flexibility helped us a lot in this difficult ordeal. We loved the experience so much that we're going back at the end of June! 🌞

We had a great time at Fahiza and her husband's. The apartment matches the photos and is impeccably clean, with all the comforts you need (fully equipped kitchen, good hair dryer, garden, etc.). The authentic atmosphere and the generous space are real assets. Location: 10/10. Communication with Fahiza was very smooth and warm. She responded immediately to any questions we had and did everything to make our stay enjoyable. An address to recommend without hesitation if you are looking for a place to stay in Reims😊!

Perfect accommodation for us, 3 couples, who went around during the days cooking at home in the evenings. Fully equipped kitchen and 3 bedrooms. There is both a washing machine and a dishwasher. Lovely surfaces in the house, now we were lucky with the weather so sat outside all the time. Anne was helpful with tips in the surrounding areas.

Well equipped kitchen. Appears recently renovated. Everywhere clean. Lovely terrace to relax in at the end of a day sightseeing. Superb house guide book with lots of recommendations . We added a lot of extra stops to our plans and were so pleased we had done so. We truly felt we had seen the best spots nearby that we would otherwise have overlooked. Restaurant recommendations were plentiful. We tried Le Marot in Pierry for a late lunch. Popular with locals. Lots of local food and, of course, champagnes. Visited the nearby Lecomte Pere et Fils champagne house for a tasting. Very friendly staff and delicious champagnes. Highly recommend the house and area. Perfect location for exploring Epernay and surrounding area. Diane was very friendly and was quick to reply to questions.

A very nice place close to Avenue de Champagne. The appartment has everything you need. Although the place isn’t huge, it’s well thought out in its set-up, making it feel more spacious. The en-suite bathroom with a nice large bath and walk-in shower is great. The kitchen got everything you need, including compliment coffee cups en two bottles of water in the fridge when we arrived. And the bed sleeps very well. Eric was very responsive, and gave great tips on where to go for drinks, tours or dinner. Check-in was very smooth, with clear instructions on everything. Would definitely recommend Eric and his appartment!

Where to begin—Maud and Simon were absolutely wonderful hosts. From the very start, they helped us plan our trip, offering invaluable advice on navigating Paris and getting to Épernay smoothly. Simon even went the extra mile by collecting our luggage, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The gîte itself was perfect—beautifully maintained and ideally located for exploring the Avenue de Champagne. We couldn’t have asked for a better base for our stay. We would absolutely love to return!

We had a timeless stay in this beautiful, tastefully renovated house! Both authentic and modern, you'll find everything you need. The house is located in a small, beautiful, peaceful village. Sophie was a very welcoming host, and even gave us small welcome gifts. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy the tours it offers but we'll be back :D! I would highly recommend it!
