Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Damariscotta Lake

I love Maine's working waterfront and even though my stay was in the off season there was a wonderful glimpse into our fishing economy and the hard work it takes to keep it happening. The quality of light in the unit was amazing, and viewing the moon across the water was stunning. Easy to access all that the midcoast has to offer within an easy ride, to Rockland and Damariscotta and Boothbay and Wiscasset -- my favorite spots. Beautiful places nearby to hike and explore. Onsite staff people Debbie and Blair were wonderful; when I had an issue with the internet -- it was fixed quickly. Unit was well equipped for a person who loves to cook. Also having a bathtub in a waterfront apartment was a plus since many don't have them. Clean, comfortable, safe-feeling -- all one could want in a Maine coastal vacation. Wish I could have stayed longer but instead I'll just plan to go back again.

Lovely, comfortable stay with thoughtful decor and hospitality. Close enough to Portland and outdoor adventures while feeling quiet, peaceful and away from it all.

this location was great for what we needed. it was a good halfway point from our son's house and the other locations we needed to get to. it is very walkable to main street and all the shops, water and the y was close by too.

We came here off season and it was beautiful. The place was clean, spacious, and warm- even on a brisk Maine evening. Downtown Damariscotta is lovely at this time of year- they were getting the town ready for Christmas. Great restaurants as well. Would definitely return.

The location is incredible! Ive never had such a great view. The place was clean and comfortable. Booth ay Harbor is very nice place to stay.

The place was amazing, such a great find! The hosts laid out check-in and check-out instructions very clearly and offered an abundance of amenities to make our stay more enjoyable. They offered toiletries, tide pods, cooking spices, coffee, books- the list could really go on and on. It really felt like a home away from home! Thank you to our wonderful hosts, we hope to visit again!!

This was our second stay with Emily in less than a month. Just as comfortable and convenient as the first time. We hope to book her space again for the holidays this year.

I think I was one of the first here, so I count myself lucky. the carriage house is very quiet, I never heard outside noise. Absolutely no problem going to sleep, no ambient noise or light. Comfortable stay. Easy access and parking right outside the door. Full size refrigerator and stove. This rental would be fantastic for longer stays. Highly recommend.

This was a gorgeous place. Belfast was a cute little town not far away. We enjoyed eating at Rollies Bar and Grilland walking around town. Hannaford grocery store was close with average prices. We had approximately 1 1/2 hour drive when we visited Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor which were exceptional. We enjoyed the food at Geddys and Bar Harbor Inn. We also traveled to Owls head lighthouse and hiked through Camden State Park. This was a nice location we enjoyed our stay.

We loved this cozy cottage! Perfect for our annual girls trip. Walking distance to great food and close to lots of sightseeing activities! We would definitely stay here again!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We unexpectedly had beautiful cloudless days most of the week. Great location & easy to get to the Harbor and Southport both of which we enjoyed! Recommend the Carriage House for a really top quality meal as well as Blue Moon Cafe (good lobster roll) which was one of Shirin’s recommendations. Would totally stay here again!!

By far one of the best Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed at. Superb location, beautiful river view in front and forest view (with trails) in back. Plenty of garden space to run around in with the kid(s). And only a 5-minute drive into quaint and charming Bath. The place itself was beautifully laid out, with so much space and comfort. Pip was always available, efficient and kind and to communicate with. Cannot recommend this place enough if you’re looking respite in nature, comfort in home, and proximity to town.

This was my 5th time going there and I love it! The house is so cozy & very clean. The property is large and the view is breathtaking over looking the river. They are also pet friendly so we were able to take our Lhasa Apso Revy on vacation with us. Besides how great this Air BnB is, my favorite is the hosts Kent & Tish! They are wonderful people. They are kind & friendly, & have such beautiful souls. They have become family to me! I highly recommend getting this air bnb!! Thank you again Tish & Kent! We stayed for eight days and loved it! It surpassed our expectations and the open floor plan allowed our three generation family to spend great time just talking and spending quality time together. We were met with some great snacks when we arrived which came into handy after a long day of traveling from the west coast. We were captivated by the beautiful landscape including amazing eagles plunging into the waters and catching fish. The changing tides meant the landscape and natural activities were always providing a new show to enjoy. We loved everything about this stay and would highly recommend it!

This place is very nice and is perfect when visiting places north of Portland, such as LL Bean and some nice state parks. Very clean and quiet. There are stairs as soon as you enter the unit, but weren’t an issue for me. Would definitely stay here again if in Portland area!

Amazing view and location! We loved how convenient this location was to shopping and restaurants. Having never been to Portland, this was a very pleasant surprise for us. Parking in the lot directly next to the building was easy and close. Sitting on the balcony watching the boats was so relaxing. Very comfortable condo and we would definitely stay again.

This condo was the perfect base for exploring Portland—secure parking made it easy to come and go, and we were just steps from great restaurants and the waterfront. The space was bright, modern, and spotless, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home.

What a fantastic place to stay in Portland! Stephen's apartment is beautifully decorated, and is very well appointed. There was nothing that we needed while staying there! The apartment is so comfortable, was impeccably clean, and was the perfect home away from home. All the best restaurants, and some local favorites, are within walking distance. Lots of shopping and places to explore are also walkable. Stephen was an awesome host, he was very responsive, checked in to make sure we were happy and to see if we needed anything, and gave amazing recommendations for places to eat. We had such a wonderful time, and we look forward to coming back and staying here in the future. We highly recommend Stephen's place to stay!

Great place to stay if you want to be close to downtown but with a larger, comfortable space. The place is exactly as described, exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. No dollar store products here! The ground coffee and half and half really made it feel like we were staying at a friend’s home.

Great location! This condo was so close to everything it made getting around without a car super easy! Laundry is a great perk for longer stays!

Extremely clean and great location. It is located on second floor. If you have trouble with stairs, there is no elevator. Host provided clear instructions on check in and check out. She doesn’t require us to take out the garbage! !! She quickly responded to our questions and provided a great tourist book. Shower is amazing…I won’t spoil the surprise so book if you can!
