Explore the lake with the included boat, which is equipped with an electric motor. There is great variety with islands, beaches and waters rich in fish

Open landscape with nice views, enjoy the proximity of the forest and the silence. Relax for a while in the wood-fired sauna on site. There is an opportunity to enjoy a good fire in the soapstone fireplace in the living room. The house is a year-round residence. About 12 kilometers to Ulricehamn where beautiful Åsunden is located. The hosts live about 500 meters from the house.

Här är du varmt välkommen att koppla av en eller flera dagar själv, med vänner eller familjen. Fiska direkt från altanen, eller ta en tur i kanoten. Inom ca 5km radie finner ni naturreservat med vandringsleder, badstrand, fiskesjöar, en skidanläggning och längdskidspår. Det finns en grillplats vid stugan där ni kan grilla en korv eller något annat gott, glöm inte sittunderlag! Det går att åka skridskor om det varit kallt några dagar. Det finns tillgång till två kanoter för paddling i ån.

Fantastic mill with history from the 16th century. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher induction stove, oven and microwave, fridge/freezer. In the small TV room is a smart tv. Upstairs, there was a carpentry workshop that is now a modern TV room with wifi, amplifier,Chromecast, speaker system, and projector. The shower is in the basement. The terrace facing the sheep garden has garden furniture and spa swimming. Wood stove in the kitchen.Bastu is available.

House Kilstrand directly on Lake Säven

The house was renovated in 2017 and impresses our guests with its interior design. Here, solo travelers, couples and families alike feel comfortable. There is also the possibility for befriended travelers to rent the neighboring beach cabin and Kilstrand house at the same time and thus be on the go with friends and still maintain their retreat option. Close to lake, Isaberg skiresort and cross country center in Tranemo. Close to Golf Club with 36 holes. The nature just outside the door Hike-in/Hike-out. Food at request. Peace and silent. Holiday home with a beautiful location on the top of the southern Swedish highlands about 10 km from Ulricehamn. Good range of outdoor activities e.g. hiking trails, mountain bike and trails for cross-country skiing at Lassalyckan, Ulricehamn's ski center with slalom slopes and Lake Åsunden for swimming and fishing. All within 10 km.

Regelbundna bussförbindelser, till både Ulricehamn och Falköping, passerar fastigheten. Ni bor ensamma i huset och har tillgång till hela nedre våningen.
