It's self contained, has a private entrance and patio area with parking. Tastefully converted from outbuildings next to our farmhouse. The sunny outside patio area enjoys big views over the valley. Long Fall Bothy is a gorgeous stone building on the outskirts of Marsden village in West Yorkshire. Perfect for a walking holiday, the Kirklees Way passes the property and the Pennine Way, Oldham Way are close by. A great place for mountain biking with the Transpennine Trail a few miles away and lots of cycle paths/trails on your doorstep. Local real ale pubs and plenty of cafes in Marsden village a short walk (15 minutes) along the canal. Beautiful scenery, views from the cottage are amazing.

Characterful, unique and secluded late 17th century grade-II listed weaver's cottage with private fenced garden situated in the suburb of Fartown 1.4 miles from Huddersfield town centre and train station. There are excellent links from the train station to Manchester airport, Leeds, York and London via Wakefield. Bus stops are close by (for Huddersfield and Bradford) and there is easy access to the M62 (approximately 2 miles away). Taxis are available from Huddersfield train station.
