Vacation rentals with beach access in Dalmeny

My family and I recently stayed at Kim's property, and it was an exceptional experience. The house is located on a very quiet and peaceful street, surrounded by beautiful scenery, with short walks to the nearby beaches and shops. Kim was an outstanding host, always friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. They ensured that our stay was comfortable and even provided some excellent recommendations for local activities and dining spots. The property itself was immaculate and extremely clean and comfortable. The amenities were exactly as described and in great condition. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful extras, such as kitchen appliances and the ample outdoor space, which was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The property was very family-friendly, accommodating our 4-month-old baby and small dog with ease. Overall, our stay at Kim's place was fantastic and we gladly recommend it to others.

Phil was a friendly and obliging host. The unit was perfect for our needs, and it was bigger than it seemed from the photos. From the front of the unit, there are views over the north of the beach and the neighbours' front lawns were full of kangaroos at night. I would very happily rent the unit again on a future visit to Tathra.

I stayed at Molly for 6nights with my elderly parents. Everything about Molly was perfect. Location was great, easy walk to shops, beach and restaurants. Jules very responsive when communicating, never waited longer than 15mins for a reply. Lots of information at apartment regarding activities and things to do in surrounding areas. Apartment very clean and tidy, and just like the photo's. Jules has thought of everything you could possibly require for your stay. I would highly recommend staying at Molly.

Had a lovely 2 night stay. Anthony and Ana were very helpful and hospitable throughout our stay.

Paul and Lee were warm and welcoming hosts and we loved our time at the View. Its location and great view were as described. My only disappointment was that the two single beds were bunk beds. Paul’s photos show this clearly, but I had pictured “two single beds” as twin beds. No doubt, it was my lack of attention to detail that caused the issue, but I think worth highlighting. In short, the perfect configuration for a family with kids, but not so much for two older couples.

We had a lovely comfortable stay. The place was small. Comfortable bed. Quick access to the beach and walkable to fantastic Thai food and other restaurants. Milton only a quick drive away. A beautiful slice of the world. We will absolutely be back.

Wonderful and relaxing stay. Close to some nice beaches and towns with good hospitality venues. Would absolutely return.

Stefan’s house is a fantastic property and he is a fantastic host. Love the old beach vibes decor, close to the beach, the backyard is a perfect spot for relaxing with kids. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Such a perfect stay! Only took 2 minutes to walk down the hill to the beach and a quick drive to the local FoodWorks/ liquor. Amanda’s place was spotless and had plenty of room for a large group + furry friends. Would definitely recommend staying here on your next holiday x

This is a peaceful, quiet place, very close to a lovely beach and a local cafe. I had a wonderful holiday for ten days, all my expectations were fulfilled.

We had a wonderful stay with friends at Natalie's place. The house was beautifully set-up and so peaceful. We ended up with torrential rain and a period of a power outage, however, we were very comfortable and Natalie was understanding. Highly recommend Shambhala and we will be back again.

We had a wonderful long weekend at Binda! From the moment we arrived, it was clear Kim had thoughtfully set up her home with comfort in mind. After mornings spent exploring rock pools and swimming at peaceful Garden Bay (just a short five-minute walk away), the practical outdoor shower and hose reel made cleaning up quick and easy. The well-stocked kitchen was genuinely useful, making meal preparation stress-free—a welcome upgrade from the usual rental setup. Despite the unexpectedly warm weather, we stayed comfortable thanks to the brand-new AC + nice ceiling fans in each bedroom. Reliable Wi-Fi was also a bonus, especially given the patchy mobile reception common along the coast. The location was perfect, close to Malua Bay shops, Bateman' Bay restaurants, and excellent pizza at Batehaven. We even had a friendly kookaburra regularly visiting from across the road! Kim is an outstanding host—responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. Highly recommended; we’ll be back for sure!

Great stay, close to the beach and the food works. Could possibly do with a smart tv for the night times as the only feedback.
