Very private waterfront house with floating boathouse, deck and fenced in yard across the slough from boat landing . You can enjoy a cup of coffee and the sunrise over the water from the deck overlooking a 20 foot bluff. A venture out on the point gives you an unbelievable sunset and fishing opportunity. The deck is great for grilling while watching the fishing boats come back into landing after a day on the water. Could be a great hunting/fishing base camp or private getaway.
