Situated within the Appalachian foothills of the historic Blackbelt region, southern Cahaba River valley, this property is excellent for private family getaways, ecotourism; guests will be surrounded by walnut, prune and pecan trees. Property is excellent for mountain biking, paddling, canoeing, fishing, bird watching, hiking, guests will have access to the Cahaba River, that consists of 1,900 feet within the estate's property line; maps will be provided to guests, detailing roads, and trails.

After a days work, sight seeing, fishing or hunting grab you a beverage and enjoy the sights and sounds of river life. Guests are welcome to use the boat launch for the lake as well as the launch for the Alabama River where there is always great fishing. We are excited to have you as our guests.

A peddle boat and canoe are available. Kitchen has a gas stove, refrigerator, coffee makers, microwave, dishes, pot and pans, sheets and towels.
