Now this is a real lakefront property! We walked in and were greeted by the stunning view and a squeaky clean place that is also very homey. All the basics you’ll need in kitchen/bathroom/home are available too. It’s truly a gem and I think we’ll be a regular here now that this place has set the bar higher. The communication with Ash and the team was seamless too which made our stay even more comfortable. Just in case you are very particular when it comes to using airbnb’s washing machine like me, this one passes the test - it’s as clean as I have at home and you won’t think twice about using it. 😅

Among all the Airbnb that I have went to in NZ, this is the best out of all. Perfect view, good price, cozy house and complete with all the amenities provided. Waking up with the mountain view was simply amazing. If I had a chance to travel to Queenstown again, this would be my number one choice of staying. Highly recommended.

Susie and her family were fantastic hosts. From the moment we were welcomed by Susie and her offsider Rosie, it was clear we picked the perfect place to base ourselves. The space was open and private and provided our family of four with all that was needed. Communicating with Susie was a breeze and if we needed anything a swift reply was always there. If you're lucky enough to find availability with Beryle, book it immediately. She’s not just a host — she’s one of the kindest, most extraordinary people we’ve ever met. From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us like family. We even (seriously) asked if she’d adopt us — and we’re 29 and 30! She’s the ultimate Kiwi mum: warm, thoughtful, and endlessly generous. She made my partner’s birthday so special with heartfelt touches we’ll never forget. Beryle went above and beyond in every single way. She was incredibly helpful in reviewing our itinerary and used her local knowledge to help us adjust our plans when the weather changed. Her advice was thoughtful, practical, and spot-on. I would use my last dying breath to recommend you stay with Beryle. This was more than a place to sleep — it was a highlight of our trip, thanks to one remarkable woman. This place is a gem! There are many restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops within walking distance. And the view is incredible! I could spend hours sitting on the deck watching the sky change over the mountains and the lake. Can’t wait to stay here again on my next trip to Queenstown!

Jodie and Renee's place was absolutely stunning. The views are even better than the photos. We spent a lot of time lake and plane watching on the deck. The home was beautiful and spacious with a spotless kitchen and bathroom. Also had great personality.

Gorgeous views. We had a lovely time at time at this house. the place was tranquil and more than adequate for a group of 5 to have our pwn space. If you're looking for a house that's well equipped, clean and not right in the buzz of the township ‐this is the place. We highly recommend and will be back.

Incredible house with the most amazing views. The fantastic floor plan was perfect for our large group, comfortable beds and great shower pressure. Sally is a super thoughtful and responsive host and even had ballons and welcome treats for a birthday celebration. 10 minute walk to town was very convenient. Highly reccomend and would stay again.

Absolutely loved our stay in Queenstown! The accommodation was spotless, modern, and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need—comfortable beds, a full kitchen, fast WiFi, laundry, and even a cozy fireplace. The views were breathtaking, and the location was unbeatable—just a short drive to the heart of town. This place truly felt like a home away from home. Easily the best place to stay in Queenstown—highly recommend and would definitely book again!

My second time here and even better than the first! Can’t beat the location—peaceful, incredible views, and minutes away from Queenstown and some great hikes. Amazing home with a beautiful view :) We had a lovely stay in Queenstown. Kristy's home is located in the uphill with awesome equipment, very convenient to reach the town by 15mins walk. Felt right at home. we do enjoyed. thank you.

Excellent communication, and entry instruction from Owner. Apartment was as listed, no surprises or disappointments. Short walk to supermarket/shops. We hired a vehicle. The car space provided was well positioned, and able to be locked when we were out, bonus. Side note: $10pp cash for 5min local bus to/from airport without a travel BeeCard. We stayed 2 nights in Queenstown and 3 nights with a vehicle at this AirBnB, overall I was very pleased with my choice. Recommend, Yes.

A wonderful location with stunning lake and mountain views. Pleasant and easy walks to local coffee shops and eateries. Great lakeside walk into Queenstown.
