Family-friendly vacation rentals in Dakar-Plateau

We had a wonderful stay, Michel and his whole team were very kind and responsive and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and at home. Petit Marrakech is beautiful and perfect for a getaway, we particularly loved the outside space with a seating area and outdoor kitchen with breakfast bar under the palm and banana trees. Highly recommended!

Depuis notre arrivée dans cet appartement jusqu'à notre départ, tout était parfait. L'hôte a même fait tout son possible pour nous apporter un grille-pain. L'emplacement est fantastique, si vous voulez un endroit relaxant, avec un accès facile à un supermarché juste en face de la route. Les portiers étaient très sympathiques et serviables. C'est un très bon endroit pour le prix.

The apartment is clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, we had to shorten our stay because I have very bad knee damage from rheumatoid arthritis and couldnt take the stairs to the first floor with my children after a few days. Fatou was very understanding and helpful in this. She was a great host always, as is Marie the caretaker. I wish we wouldnt have had to move becauas of my knees. I really recommend Fatou's space to anyone who has no issues with a few stairs - great place to stay.

We had an amazing time at René’s flat! It was very secure, in a great location and so spacious! The flat itself was beautifully decorated with lots of amenities and we felt right at home. René was really helpful and responsive no matter how late we messaged and the caretaker was very friendly and attentive! The location was great and it was very easy to get around to places in Dakar. I would definitely recommend this place and when I return to Senegal, I will be back at this flat! Thanks again for welcoming us into your home and for the amazing communication! Especially as three woman travelling together, we couldn’t have picked a better flat! Also the WiFi was amazing and I was able to work from the flat and submit my assignments with no issues! Excellent séjour de 2 nuits dans cet Airbnb ! L’appartement était d’une propreté impeccable, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. Tout est bien aménagé, confortable et fonctionnel. La literie était agréable, ce qui nous a permis de bien nous reposer. L’hôte a été réactive et attentionnée, rendant notre expérience encore plus agréable. L’emplacement est idéal avec toutes les commodités à proximité. C’est proche du centre-ville, il y’a beaucoup de restaurants à côté, et c’est bien desservis. Je recommande sans hésiter et reviendrai avec plaisir !

Les yeux fermés allez-y, cet endroit est parfait pour découvrir Dakar ou revenir dans cette ville complexe et chaloupée. Racine a fait en sorte que tout soit facile, ce qui croyez-moi, est bien appréciable dans une ville où les choses ne sont pas forcément fluides. Un séjour dont je em souviendrai !

L appartement de Monique est parfait, il est grand, propre et pratique. Implanté au cœur d un quartier paisible, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Papis qui nous a accueilli a su répondre à toutes nos questions, nous conseiller dans les habitudes, les endroits à découvrir selon le Dakar que nous avions envie de vivre. On est déjà très nostalgique de ce séjour incroyable et l appartement, le quartier et Papis y sont pour beaucoup. Merci Monique, Merci Papis.

Liebe Manuella und Mikael, das Studio war ein Traum, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet bis ins kleinste Detail (u.a. afrikanische Autoren im Büchergestell). Eine der Airbnb-Unterkünfte, die auf die Top-Liste gehören, hierzu nicht nur die freundlichen Gespräche mit euch, sondern auch die Unterkunft, die einem einfach nur glücklich macht! Insgesamt haben wir den Aufenthalt noch auf 14 Tage verlängert, weil einfach top! Dazu gehört auch, dass das Studio wöchentlich gereinigt wurde und uns jeder Wunsch von den Lippen gelesen wurde. Unschlagbar und tausend Dank für die gelebte Teranga!! Dakar bleibt uns Dank euch unvergesslich - Sicap Baobab ein Ort unserer Träume!! Alles Gute und hoffentlich bis bald! Christina
