This was our second stay at Maddy's place. Beautiful home, large bedrooms enough to accommodate my large family. Very clean. Great communication throughout and they accommodated our awkward check out time due to our flights out. Highly recommend!

We had a power outage at our home and decided to book Daniel and Tracy’s place in Norwood. The house was beautiful and felt like home right away. Daniel was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The location is great too, with shops and restaurants just around the corner. Would definitely recommend.

James' house located in a very safe neighborhood, considering this is our first time in South Africa, this is necessary to make us feel good, plus we're travelling with 3 small kids. The house is spacey, have everything we need, comfortable, though a little cold during wintertime as it doesn't have central heating, but for adults it's manageable. Distance is also great if you have a car, which is mandatory for Joburg in my opinion. James is also very friendly and responsive, answers to questions whenever he is available, so this was a great find :)

As advertised, this is indeed an oasis in busy Johannesburg! The directions were very clear, location was easy to find, and check in was easy. The space itself is lovely - spacious, very clean, and extremely well-equipped. Little details like lovely shampoo, conditioner, and soap and the kitchen being pre-stocked with coffee, eggs, butter, milk, and all sorts of spices for cooking made us feel right at home. This is one of the best AirBNBs I've been to from an attention to detail perspective. The garden is also lovely, and the cottage is very private and secure. The location is fantastic - close to everything from Sandton to Parkhurst to Zoo Lake. Liza was proactive and friendly with communication, and has really put the time into making sure that we were safe and comfortable.

It's always an amazing stay at Mpho's, it was a really cold long weekend but the gas heater and the electric blanket were a really nice touch an there was an extra blanket available. So peaceful and the hosts were really helpful whenever we requested assistance with anything. It truly felt like home. Definitely coming back again 😅

Firstly Brian is very friendly and his very responsive and helpful. the place is stunning the views are amazing especially at night. the place is very private it's peaceful, the security staff and laundry staff are also very nice. I loved everything about it I won't lie. it's exactly what I needed.

Absolutely loved my stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering great local tips and making sure everything ran smoothly. I especially appreciated the little touches that made it feel like a home away from home, from the well-stocked warm beverage needs to the ultra-comfy bed. The location was perfect: quiet enough to relax, but close enough to everything I needed. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Highly recommended!

Wonderful little spot, perfect location for us coming from Fourways Life Hospital. Easy to lock up and go. Had all the amenities you could possibly think of. Super friendly and responsive hosts - made our stay feel like home.

The unit is beautiful and clean, exactly like the pictures. Elmarie is also a responsive host, no matter when you text her, would definitely go back to their place.

Bernie's communication was quick and answered the questions fully. We developed a rapport over the week we stayed there. The kettle started leaking during our stay and, overnight, a replacement was waiting for us on our return from a day out (Soweto is a great place to visit) We are on motorcycles so enquired about the security of the parking. I can confirm, the parking is very secure within a gated complex and 24hr security on site. One point to note, the designated space is on a slight right-left slope and, whilst not a problem for cars, we couldn't park our motorcycles on their side stands. Not a problem, as we were allowed to use a flatter visitor space at the bottom. We thoroughly enjoyed our space and would happily stay again. In fact, it was hard to leave...

We had a fantastic experience staying at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. I had a wonderful stay at Tia and Mandy’s place. Both hosts were always very responsive and immediately took action if anything required it (which there was very little need for). The location of this studio apartment is also perfect for someone that needs to be close to amenities like a pharmacy, great restaurants and grocery stores. I had friendly neighbors and the security at the complex is top notch. Please note that the washing machine is not in the unit but within a laundry room in the complex. I wont hesitate to recommend this little gem to anyone needing a weekend away or a short stay with all the comforts of home.

Beautifully appointed apartment with the the character and charm not on offer by any other properties I viewed in the area. Building is French chateau style. Beautiful interior shutters carried that feel inside. Real fire place with wood and lighters laid on. Generous starter provisions left for the visitor including Nespresso pods.

The apartment and location were perfect for us while visiting family. Everything was as described, and communication was excellent!

From the moment we arrived, Louise was available to check us in and explain about the accommodation. She was very responsive to messages, and the studio was well stocked for self catering and for a comfortable stay. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, there was plenty of hot water, and the surroundings were very quiet and peaceful. I would highly recommend Louise’s place for anyone looking to stay in Joburg.
