Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Da’an District

Our 2 weeks stay at Sai, Chandra & Clara’s centrally located & comfortable apartment was ideal. The apartment is spacious enough to relax easily on the sofa & having both a dining table & a separate office-desk area was very useful & convenient. The apartment was also thoughtfully stocked with enough toilet paper for our stay. I had to ask for extra towels, but these were immediately provided! A good feature that I couldn’t recall seeing in the listing is that there is a water filtration system for drinking water in the kitchen, which is very convenient & saves on the expense of purchasing bottled water & ice cubes! Good bakeries, restaurants, pharmacies & shopping are close at hand, within a 5-10 minutes walk from the condo building, as are convenient transit bus stops & MRT stations. One frustration with the building is that the air conditioning didn’t seem to work in the gym, which made it unusable. As well, not sure why the pool doesn’t open in May when it’s already warm-hot+humid!

Had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay! Simon and his co-hosts were extremely helpful and attentive to our needs. They went out of their way to allow us to store our luggage on the day of check out as our flight was very late in the night. Place was clean and homely and close to the local night market. Would definitely stay here next time we're in Taipei.

We had a great time, the flat is well equipped, the location is perfect, the view is amazing from the window. The wifi, the washing machine and the air conditioning all work well. There’s a small kitchen too which is really rare in Taipei, so overall we’d definitely stay here again.

Bell was very flexible and accommodating, she went and extra mile to help us with a last minute problem we had to make sure we could enjoy our stay at her place. The place is as described, elegant, functional and close to all means of transportation. We would definitely recommend it. Great place and great host!

The location of this unit is excellent! It’s situated right where two major streets intersect and just steps away from a vibrant night market. There are bus stops directly in front of the building, and the MRT (subway) station is within easy walking distance. Personally, I love walking whenever possible. I really enjoy strolling through Taipei and soaking in the city’s lively atmosphere. Simon is a fantastic host! He responds quickly to any questions or requests, and his team is equally reliable, ensuring there's always someone available to communicate with me. The apartment itself is quiet, private, and spacious. There’s a large bed in the loft area and plenty of room downstairs to relax or work. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Taipei, whether for business or pleasure. It truly feels like a comfortable home away from home.

7인 단체 여행으로 숙박했는데 위치, 공간, 호스트 친절도 등 모든 면에서 정말 좋았습니다. 중앙 공간 기준으로 좌측에 방3개, 우측에 방1개 구조라 남녀 구분해서 방 쓰기에도 좋았어요. 시먼딩은 걸어서 10분이면 가고, 숙소 바로 앞에 편의점, 우육면 맛집, 조식 맛집 등 갈만한 곳이 많아요. 추천드립니다!

The room, located right above the Taipei bus station, was large enough for two people to spend four nights and five days, and also very clean and convenient. The host was very kind, gave me a lot of detailed directions and helped me check in. I think this is one of the best places to stay for those who want to move around a lot around Taipei Station.

Nice place in a very convenient location. The red line is a few minutes behind the building and gets you to most places quickly. Taipei 101 is also at a walkable distance. Apartment comes with a washing machine and the bed was really comfortable. Right behind the building there is also a 711 and familymart which is very convenient. Across the street are also plenty of coffee places that have affordable prices, I recommend going to unlimited coffee they roast freshly in the cafe. The host was also very flexible with checking and checkout and provided me with a driver from the airport early in the morning. The driver was very friendly and even told me about the places we were driving past. Highly recommended place!

Rei’s place was very new and comfortable with walkable location to both MRT and TRA. It’s also very near (2 mins) walk to the famous Raohe Night Market. All facilities in this listing works well too.

Highly recommended to anyone who is looking for a clean, safe and quiet apartment in Taipei with good views of the city.

My favorite part about this Airbnb is the mosquito killer appliance in the bedroom! Also, there is good isolation from street noise. I was grateful that Happy was able to accommodate my unusual check-in and check-out times.

房東非常友善，有問必答，回覆很快，相片跟房源描述的與實物看到是一樣的，乾淨整潔，浴室水壓也很足，這點真的很好！畢竟在其他飯店住的時候，花灑水壓真的很小。 有個小問題就是用Macbook連wifi網絡不太穩定(手機連wifi是沒問題)，不過房東也有立刻跟進，第二天就有相應的工程人員來檢查網絡，但還是網絡不穩最後直接用網線插在Mac的外接用作上網就是，除了這點其他一切正常。總結是在這裡住的幾天，真的很放鬆而且安靜舒適，很感謝房東的招待！

This place is fantastic and the host very responsive and friendly. Very quiet and a nice view over the park next to the building. Heated Aircon was a rare treat in Taiwan. The place is well thought out, making the most of the small space without feeling cramped. The stairs up to the bed are narrow with a low ceiling but wasn’t an issue. Overall very happy we stayed here.

James is very friendly and responsive whenever there’s any questions or recommendations about the places, the rooms are clean and comfortable, also very close to Ximending Walking District, 2 minutes walk, we had a great stay and will consider to stay here again!

This is a super convenient location right at the MRT station. You can take a bus 1968 directly to and from the airport. The place is clean, we feel right at home. The only thing is the mattress is dated and uncomfortable, also the bedding can be better fitting. There is no jacuzzi by the way but the gym is nice.

I stayed in this flat on the 10th floor for 1.5 month. Great location, convenient with MRT not too far away and youbike just in front of the building. The apartment is minimalist and practical, which I like. Lots of hidden storage everywhere (under the windows, stairs, sofa, etc). The wifi let me work from the unit without too many problems. Even though I don't speak good Chinese at all, check-in and check-out were great, the host took time to explain everything. The apartment was not spotless clean when I arrived (but okay), and some people might not like sleeping up the stairs in a mezzanine. But overall I would highly recommend and would be very happy to stay here again.

We had a nice trip here. Highly recommend! I'm willing to visit next time too. If the K-TV machine is already charged full next time, that would be great 🙂

일단 아파트 단지내 보안이 철저해서 좋았어요. 입주민 카드키 없이는 엘리베이터도 못타서 다른 에어비앤비 이용할때보다 훨씬 맘 편하게 다닐 수 있었구요. 집앞에 걸어서 5분 거리에 까르푸가 있어서 좋았고 단수이역까지 셔틀도 있어서 굳이 버스나 택시 타지 않아도 됐어요. 워런마터우까지는 택시타도 10분 밖에 안걸려서 택시비도 별로 안나왔구요. 호스트 분하고 라인으로 연락했는데 피드백이 매우 빨랐어요. 친절하셨고 체크인이나 체크아웃 시간도 여유있었구요 . 방은 3개에 화장실 2개 있는데 모두 넓고 깨끗했어요. 사실 단수이 지역이 호텔도 별로 없고 위치도 애매해서 숙소잡기가 힘든데 여기는 왠만한 호텔보다 좋고 넓어서 많은 사람이 같이 이용하기에는 매우 괜찮은 숙소 같아요 .

Perfect stay in great location - especially the rooftop pool with 101 view. Great staff at reception! Angie was always reachable and took care of every single inquiry. Definitely again !!!

Overall a pleasant stay. The apartment was modern, clean, and well-located. A few small details like the address given by the host and single keycard for two guests affected convenience slightly, but it’s still a solid option.
