I don't know what to say, we passed the house, even for Ms. Sevilay, this house is rented, our host is a sweet woman, she helped us with everything you can think of, if we have the opportunity to come to Cyprus again, our first stop will be Ms. Sevilay's house again

The house of Anastasia and her mum is a very special place. It’s clean and large, with a magical terrace, with a lot of plants and flowers. Theopisti is kind and helpful. Thank you!! We loved our stay with you.

My stay at Hotel Aperanti was terrific. Sara and Tassos were wonderful hosts. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Breakfasts were great, with local menu items and very fresh locally prepared foods. The village of Pera is friendly, and there were many outdoor attractions, most of them accessible by hiking. Pera is also not far from Nicosia, if a guest would like to visit the big city. This was my first stay at Hotel Aperanti, and I hope to return.

The studio features a cozy seating area with a light-colored sofa adorned with decorative cushions. A round metal table with a cup is positioned nearby. Natural light streams in through large windows, highlighting a wardrobe and an accent rug on the tiled floor.

We totally loved the place! It was exactly like the photos, beautiful decorated, fully equipped, nice view from balcony, we enjoyed privacy in pool & jacuzzi, Mila was a great host and the location was perfect - quiet but close to all amenities and 5 minutes drive to town. Definitely recommendedand will come back!

The apartment is really good, in a very good place, near to the 2 pools. The terrace is big. This is close to nissi beach. Irina was very kind with us, help everything, talk and answer every time. I was some apartmen in this area, in this aprtmen block, but this was the best.

We stayed for 10 days in this beautiful residential complex. We really liked its location,infrastructure,but most of all I liked the communication with Yulenka!She was so clever: she was always in touch,answered all our questions, responded quickly and clearly to all our requests,gave a lot of valuable tips on what and where you can see,buy, etc.,in general, she was very helpful in everything. So our advice to those who are going to relax in North Cyprus, come to this complex, relax,and Yulenka will make sure that your vacation is not overshadowed and remembered for a long time!!

The location and amenities of the house met our needs for our holiday. What was most precious of all was the hospitable approach of the host Hassina, who found solutions for all our additional requests. It was an accommodation experience that we would prefer again on our next vacation.

Maria and her parents went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Maria was brilliant at responding to messages and asking if there was anything I needed. Her mother brought me treats and was gentle and kind. I felt at home and couldn't have chosen anywhere better to stay. The apartment is about 30 minutes on foot from the old town and situated in an area that is peaceful and calm. Everything was as described. Thank you Maria, and to your parents, for a happy two-week stay.
